The curse was that she may never look upon his face. Well she did which caused him to be lost. She journeyed to rescue him through many a trial to win him back. This book is a retelling of that story which was a retelling of the Ancient Greek story of Eros and Psyche. Cat pic for fun

pickA fantastic retelling of Sleeping Beauty. A reverse where the princess is evil and the fairy is good. I love T. Kingfisher‘s books and this novella didn‘t disappoint.

pickThis was an interesting beauty and the beast retelling. Pretty classic in terms of the beats but a few key differences - the beauty is not that beautiful for example. I enjoyed this.

Second book in this Gilded duology of Rumpelstiltskin retelling.
Liked it but not loving it. Again, I think the story was dragged just to justify a second book?😕This is so common now🫤Because of this dragging story there were parts I was interested and others that I was bored because of this repetitive pattern when the story is dragged.
Love both editions.
