A Hallmark Christmas movie in a book. Identical twins switch places and find love in each other‘s town. It was fine.
A novel filled with lots of different elements. We meet Frankie as she‘s called in the visit with a death row inmate. Frankie wanders around finding missing persons. This time she looking for the missing/kidnapped younger sister of the inmate. Frankie goes to Hawaii and then onto an atoll where the sister is going to be. The death row sister escapes from prison and comes to the atoll. People are being murdered. What happens next? 4/5 🌟

A very soft pick for me. Henry has taken the romans tropes and played around with them a bit, but ultimately, it‘s still an enemies-to-lovers story. It‘s well-written, with character development, but apparently I only enjoy romances in December. And I‘m also a bit of a prude ‘cos I don‘t like the spicy bits!

Few books make me laugh but I always appreciate good banter. I loved these characters and did giggle a couple times. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
