The Spellshop and Winterwood we're absolutely wonderful (slow going on Winterwood but I loved it).

AnnCrystal The tagged works for either challenge, since Murtagh is book five (?) in a series. It is the only book I have in this series, yet I've read that it can be a standalone...hope.

Been really excited to begin this read, yet I just recently realized how many pages...705! I was considering stashing this with some other big books to read another time when I saw the #ChunksterChallenge! Seemed like a “read now“ sign 😂.

Amiable @AnnCrystal The secret with chunksters is to just keep reading. Even if it‘s only few pages at a time. It‘s the forward momentum that propels you to the finish. I find that if I don‘t pick it up every day, it‘s easier to not pick it up at all. 3mo

1- went back and forth, considering if I should highlight daily or seasonal 🤔...🧑‍🎄I like making a no-eggnog, which is just sweetened and spiced non-dairy milk. I drink it while reading beside the Christmas tree while C'mas jingles play 🥛🎄🎶📚💝.

Mated for Christmas | Terry Spear

There is one day remaining of #20in4 by @Andrew65 and I am happy that I have been able to stay on track with my personal goals for this readathon: I went with twenty pages into four of my current reads a day 📚🥳.

Did miss a day with the, Mated For Christmas book...which is peculiar because it is my favorite of the Christmas books. Caught up with this read today.

AnnCrystal I'm still unsure about Mistleoe Matchmaker. It has taught me to be more careful when selecting future Christmas reads (I will be sure the storylines have more ingredients that interest me along with being Christmas themed).

3- Radio and Tv have both begun playing/showing Christmas 🎶🎬💝

AnnCrystal @mcctrish Are the books graphic? I don't mind jumping over a few scenes yet try to stay away from the really gory.

The TV show is truly engaging, it has the mysterious/funny/serious all balanced nicely. The 2024 Show, The Marlow Murder Club is from BBC. Four episodes in season 1. Was able to watch it thanks to PBS.

📚💫This had good vibes woven into the text, or there has been a spell of optimism cast upon this book, or something because this was absolutely positively delightful 📚💝.

Every time I came to read more of this wacky book, I was smiling extra and my mood was extra uplifted. I loved how the psychic ways were written, and loved every character, and loved the wackiness 💝💝💝.

I had paused reading this during the October Readathons here on Litsy, and I'm glad... because I really, really needed this book right now.

Glad to have the next three books already waiting on my shelf! Lucky that Walmart stocked each one and that I was able to purchase them before they sold out! How wonderfully lucky 📚🥳💝.

OK, this means that I am all caught up with my reading...my Nov. books, here I come 📚😉📚💝.

Been dropping a wedge of this chocolate bar into my coffee each morning, and have melted with sweet bliss with each cup 🍫☕💝.

Caved with some of the unhealthier chocolate choices this previous week and weekend...yet this is one of the better options and will probably continue buying this chocolate bar. It's wrapped in gold foil beneath the outer wrapper (Wonka👀style), and each bar wrap comes with a bit of printed poetry 🆒! (edited) 5mo
