After switching to Kobo, I‘ve been researching if I could switch my Kindle books to Kobo. Can be done by stripping the DRM w/ Calibre, but 1st step is downloading your Kindle books to your desktop. Hence Amazon cracking down on the ability to download books😡

pickThis resolved everything from the last book, which I was happy about, but I didn‘t expect to be so absolutely blown away - this is my favorite of the series thus far. I love Gamache, but I also like that despite his kindness, his brilliance, he is human and makes mistakes. It showed a whole different side of him and now I love him even more ♥️ #readyourkindle

pickI do like a small town novel and this was no exception. I liked hearing the perspectives of each other and of events through both Amy & Isabelle. It was a very slow start (almost bailed) and it wasn‘t until the halfway point that I really got invested but the second half unfolded perfectly. Loved the backdrop of characters, how we get to hear Isabelle‘s story and see her opening up and the mother/daughter relationship. #readyourkindle

so-so(2013) it's exactly what the title promises. Most of the stories are extremely short, just long enough to set up an idea but not long enough to do anything with it. They're fine, and a couple of the stories I'd like to have seen at greater length, but mostly I'm just happy to be able to mark off a #ReadYourKindle pick.
Yay for my February #readyourkindle choices. I‘ve had some of these on my kindle for a while. The #20 choice was a NetGalley read so I chose the one that is due soonest. Thanks @TheAromaofBooks
