A small fishing town in wintry Maine, a group of retired CIA & a body left on one the ex-agents doorstep. I wish I had half the balls Maggie Bird does! Reminds me a lot of Killers Of A Certain Age by Deanna Raybourn with less snark.

We should be doing this kind of thing every day. I don't mean buying the next guy coffee, I mean, letting the guy driving into the parking lot drive to a spot without being upset that he stole yours.
