My daughter, who returned from a 5 day school trip yesterday, still is asleep. She sprained her ankle and I might have to go to hospital with her. Wish the teacher had taken her to see a doctor, but alas they didn't think it was necessary - her lower leg is swollen, for F-s sake. 😤😤😤

Reading the first book in a duology, got book 2 as an ARC.

Teipu I'm really impressed by anyone readind Dune. I tried starting it twice and both times gave up after 50 pages. 7y

Heideschrampf @Teipu get back into it! It's well worth reading. I decided to just don't much mind being confused by all the detail, and all the confusing political and social details, and just about after page 50, when most is established the actual plot picks up and becomes easier to follow! Maybe try the aduiobook? Makes the first act easier! 7y

It's a bit of welness at home and i found that by trying for colourful plates i eat healthier, too. But really it's just a trick to make myself think i'm taking care of myself ? (edited) 7y
