Possibly the best or maybe I‘m just biased because it was my first Eloisa James

Gotta catch up on reviewing things I read over the weekend! I liked this, perfect fluffy read for a lazy staycation weekend. #jesshowreads2018
Forgot to post that I finished this the other day. But I got a postcard today! My friend‘s son lived in Russia for a bit and that‘s where she got the postcard. I have no idea what the Russian parts say but I enjoy getting things from other countries!
Aww exactly how I‘d want to be described...”the love of my bowels”. So sweet. 😂
Doing #4in1 again (my phone is giving me a hard time, guess I need a new one soonish).
1 #AllYouNeedIsLove - I love Eloisa James' romance novels
2 #MultiplePerspectives - The Historian has several POV
3 #CreepyKids - I read this as an adult, am sure I would not have thought it creepy as a child
4 #whimsical - it was the first book/pattern collection that popped in my mind

Current read by @EloisaJames is taking me into the long weekend. Very excited for when work is done tomorrow and I can finish it (and read more of hers!).
Being stuck in Chicago traffic has led to story time with boyfriend!
Confession: I have never read a romance novel. I've had Eloisa James recommended several times, so I'm going to give it a try. Are there any other writers I should look at?
Finished today on my kindle.
Romance isn't my go-to genre, but I enjoy a good one every once in a while. I thought the story was a little slow at the beginning, but once it got going I was hooked. Also, Damon is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
This was my first Eloisa James, and I've downloaded another already. 👍
I have a long day ahead of me sitting at my daughter's volleyball tournament. Plus side: I get to read. A lot.
Starting this one now... can I count it as a #bodiceripper ?

For me, books by Eloisa James are autobuys. The first thing I did with my birthday money was pre-order Seven Minutes In Heaven. Later that same day I saw a contest on fb for people who pre-ordered- I ended up winning! What a lovely, lucky birthday I had this year! (It was just last month I was telling a friend how much I wish I had a signed copy of one of her books!) Thank you, @EloisaJames!! 💖
And this happened! I absolutely LOVE this community. Can't wait to start the new year and make more new friends! Love to you all and happy reading!
Thanks to @Christinak for mentioning this. It's been a nice way to end the year. Shhhhh...reading my Kindle at the B&N
I needed this - a perfect steamy historical romance. I'll get back to the real world later. Right now I'm on holiday and my local library had this series available. On to book two.
Definitely a fun read! It's not your average regency romance, so don't expect the same basic plot. I'm not all that well-versed in chess, which plays a major role in the book, so I'm sure I didn't fully appreciate its role. Absolutely glad I picked it up.
