pickI didnt know a lot about the Scarlet Witch before I started (I drew her at random for a Superhero themed party I'm going to next month) but I feel like this collection was a great start into understanding her.
I loved the way she embraced her flaws and sought to atone for the wrongs she had done in the past, always seeking to better herself and the world.
I'm excited to see where her story goes (and get some inspiration for my costume).

Working on latest cross stitch project ✨ there are minimal cool cross stitch patterns for lady superheros who aren't Wonder Woman. So I've made my own!! For now I've stuck with logos, but maybe I'll do portraits eventually. ❤️
pickOk, so my only knowledge of Scarlet Witch is from the Avengers movie and like.. this is 100% different. Those in the know, which is the real origin story? Human experimentation by Hydra or born a witch? Either way, this was interesting and I dug it.
I stayed up wayyyy too late finally deciding on and buying the pieces I need for my #NYCCC cosplay. Admittedly, this isn't my thing, but my boyfriend gets really into it so I'm trying to be supportive and play along. I'm going to be Scarlet Witch and he is Magneto! It'll be fun, but I spent way too much money and I'm hoping everything fits! And isn't too revealing... lol

pickI really enjoyed this first volume. Great witchy stuff with a strong dose of feminism. The artist changes every issue which can bother some, but I truly enjoyed every single art style. Will definitely continue the series.

pickWow, I loved this. I think I want to marry Wanda Maximoff now. (Disclaimer: I didn't know a single thing about her walking into this comic, so if it's a weird depiction of her character then I can't tell.) Very real, and all about her. No other heroes sneaking in and stealing the thunder. The art variation between issues was fun to look at; the art didn't stay stagnant. Very very cool, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
