If you‘re looking for a romance thriller, this is a good read! I “read” the audio book version. Good narration. A little bit of a slow start, but about half way thru I was hooked and was surprised by unexpected twists and turns.

Can writers stop with the crazy obsessive ex trope? Also the delusional woman trope? I‘m tired of reading suspense/thrillers that are just a woman the has become obsessed with the man who is married and has ended the affair blah blah blah 😒
Why are women writing women like this?
Long review short I got bored and annoyed with this.
I recommend passing on this.
What a page turner! I mean it would have been if I read it. I listened via audible and literally could not stay away! These betches are crazyyy! Can‘t wait does the series!
So I binged this book in three days because I had to know how it ended because it was so good. Each chapter left you wanting to know what happened next but I have to say the ending just fell flat for me. It was rushed, confusing, and quite a few things were left unanswered. If you liked Girl on The Train you‘ll like this. I still say pick because it kept me wanting more and hey maybe you will like the ending.
🎧 ehhhh Im not sure how I feel about this book. It was a page turner. I had the playback at 2X. It had a twist. TW - mental health, violence. A woman tells you of her polyamorous husband & goes down a rabbit hole trying to find out more about the other two women in his life. Is she an unreliable narrator? Read it & find out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
While this one has an awesome twist it started slow for me and I really didn‘t care for any of the characters. Overall a fun, quick read but not my favorite.

An absolute page turner!! Couldn‘t read fast enough to figure out what was going on! Soooo good!
Yay, love when books on my TBR lists pop up on sale. Score! 🙌🏽📖☕️
Great read! Kept me engaged the entire time. Couldn‘t wait to find out what happened next.
Woke up early to finish this book! It‘ll be the first book I‘ve finished in a weekend in a very long time!!! #thewives #recommend #addtoyourtbr
“He comes over on Thursday every week.”
#FirstLineFriday @ShyBookOwl
I read this in one sitting- very fast and pretty light. I wish there had been a bit more depth but an ok way to spend a couple hours
I read this in less 12 hours. I wanted to know what would happen.
this one got me on a roller coaster of emotions...didnt know who to believe...#audiophile #readinggoal #readinglife
This was a good read in a similar vein to Girl on the train. The plot builds steadily and throws some clever twists along the way. Some I guessed but others were a good surprise. The story is well written and keeps you turning pages. The ending was shocking and yet it worked with the context of the book. I liked Hannah the most as she seemed to be the most genuine. Thursday was a tricky one to decipher and I'm still not sure I feel about her 4*
It's slow moving at first. I almost made this a DNF. I stuck with it as halfway through it redeemed itself somewhat. The characters are very unlikable though (Regina!! omg!) the mind games are excellent in this one. Almost had me going too. If you stick with it, I say it's worth it.
Ive been reading/ listening to so many HEAVY reads that I‘m just enjoying this mindless escape 🎧
Was not super thrilled about the ending and could see it coming a mile off. I did read it in two days though so it held my interest.
What a disappointment. The Wives had such a fun premise for a domestic thriller, but was cheapened by overdone (and problematic) tropes and plot twists. I was intrigued enough to keep reading, which is why I gave it 2 stars, rather than 1. I know now that I should have quit at the halfway point, but I was hoping it would redeem itself. It didn‘t... This was my fourth book for #bookspinbonanza. Also 👇
I enjoyed this story much more than I expected. It took so many twists and turns that I wasn‘t always sure what was going on, but I was actually ok with that....I was along for the wild ride! None of the characters are particularly likable but, for me, that actually made the story that much more thrilling. Truly a bonkers story and I great way to escape the real world for awhile. 🌟🌟🌟🌟
I loved the first half of this book, but the second half got weird...It felt like it wasn't a thriller anymore, it was more psychological domestic fiction.
Has anyone read this? I'd love to hear what you thought!
My full review will be live on my blog on 5/28/20.

The lead character in this book, "Thursday" is in a polygamous relationship however the women know nothing about each other bc they live apart. She sees her husband on Thursdays. One day she finds out the name of one of the women and what happens after that will have you questioning everything. This is a really great book. I couldn't stop reading it and I'm pretty sad I've finished it.
This was good but I don‘t think it was as good as everyone around me seemed to think it was. A nice update to the unreliable narrator but the story wasn‘t that compelling for me. It was a good, fast read, though. Perfect for after a long day of gardening.
Book 8 for #bookspinbonanza
Not my usual genre but I was interested in the hype around it. I wasn't disappointed, often confused and in disbelief but not disappointed!
Drama and gaslighting galore. Like a Lifetime movie and I actually applaud the ending 😂
Maybe that makes me crazy, I'm still not really sure what I believe to be true about the whole thing. In any case, good for you Thursday!
⭐⭐⭐⭐
This one was just "meh" for me. At least it was relatively short, so I didn't waste too much time on it.
Book 40
This book was an easy, fast read. A suspense thriller about a woman whose husband has two other wives that she knows about but doesn't know; she doesn't even know their names. The story is her finding the other wives. It sounds original, but the plot twists are the ones you'd expect, and the ending is tired. ⭐⭐
All I can say is what in the world did I just read! And its not even in a bad way. It was a good book. I was intrigued the whole time. I wanted to know what happened next. But toward the end of the book when everything started unraveling, I was like WTF?! I don't want to give any spoilers in case some of you want to read it, but I can tell you I did not expect the twists and turns the ending had.
This was better than ok and really quick and easy to listen to but not as good as I had anticipated. The story starts out fairly original but after the big "twist" it really just felt like a new version of an old story.
Worth the read but I'm glad I didn't end up buying it ?♀️
Good thriller. It had some good twists, and I found the ending really satisfying.
@KellyAnnie Thank you for my White Rabbit Swap! #WhiteRabbitSwap I love the card and the Ostara box it's great!
For what it‘s worth, I generally make a point of never leaving bad reviews. But where is the “I hated this book so much I literally threw it in the trash when I finished it, and I only finished it because some sick part of me needed to know if it was really, truly this bad” button to click? Yeesh.
Lazy morning in bed enjoying this thriller. I probably wouldn‘t have picked it up based on the back cover, but a friend I trust recommended it. So far I‘m liking it.
This psychological thriller started out a bit slow but picked up. This genre is not a favorite of mine but I always feel compelled to listen to them because they‘re easy to listen to and if you miss something‘s it‘s not a big deal. The story kept me engaged on my walks but I didn‘t love the twist she took towards the end. I still enjoyed the audio though.
I expected to dislike this, but I was wrong!
I fucking hated it. This is a damn mess. Awful writing, canned dialogue, weird forced sexiness, horrible & offensive use of mental health issues, the most cliché & lazy “twist” trope ever. I won‘t give spoilers even tho honestly you shouldn‘t read this. See my GR review for more. ONLY semi positive is the premise (what you think it is, at least) could‘ve been good. But it sucked. All around. BYE 1/5 ⭐️
I‘ll be honest—I‘m kind of expecting to hate this, LOL. Got it from #BOTM in December because it sounded like an intriguing thriller...but since then it seems like almost everyone I follow on Booktube & Goodreads has hated it, specifically the twist and how it handles mental health. Was watching videos today, saw someone else pan it, got perversely curious & decided to pick it up. Who knows, maybe I‘ll be surprised! But probably not 😆 #nowreading
“That is male folly; they expect you to always be the same, reliable cow, but women spend their lives changing. Our change can swing for you or against you depending on how fairly we‘ve been treated.”
This book has ew written all over it. The plot line is a rollercoaster ride but it uses mental health as a major plot point for the main character in a way that is just in my opinion, toxic.
This was an okay book at best.
So so good! I love a book that offers up so many twists that make you stop in your tracks and say whoa what just happened there!! Read it!
Man I love a good psychological thriller! I read this in a couple of hours, because I just couldn‘t put it down. I definitely recommend this book.
Listened to this as an audiobook and it made me fall in love with psychological thrillers. Does any one have any recommendations on psych thrillers? Please comment below! ⬇️⬇️
This was between a so-so and pan. I didnt enjoy it at all. I didnt predict what was going to happen but tht didnt make me like it any better. I didnt care for the story at all.
Devoured this in 24 hours! So suspenseful and the excitement keeps going to the last page!
I thought it was gonna be pretty predictable until the last 30 pages, then shit got crazy
