so-soI started this one because some of my students decided to read it in class and I wanted to be prepared. It was definitely a new idea to wake in a different body every day. It has been used by the media a lot now. A must be a very lonely person and of course he has to fall in love. I have to admit that the plotline around Pastor Poole seemed a bit half-baked and the end came a bit abruptly. But I am assuming my students won‘t notice that.

A is such a wholesome individual, especially for someone that doesn‘t have a permanent body. But their days spent in other people open them up to an understanding and compassion that is so needed. It loses one star because of Rhiannon; her prejudices just rubbed me the wrong way, especially for a book about accepting oneself no matter the form you‘re in.

pickThe idea that a being waking up every day to a new body is so fascinating to me. A never had a strong or long-lasting relationship until they met Rihannon and it touches me because it seems like they can‘t find any ways to truly be together. I would rate this book a 8/10.

pickAs an adult this is a fun vacation read that also made me think about larger ideas of gender, attraction, and the human condition. There are some good thought-provoking ideas about what we go through, take for granted, and assume in others that David allows his character to experience for you in the first person.
I didn't expect to finish this in one day but I did. After reading that ending, I feel as if my heart just split apart. I love the story but I couldn't stop asking the hows, whys, and whats. As I read I seemed to keep adding on to a stack of questions. Lastly, I was confused about the main character's undetermined gender. Overall the plot was intriguing and captivating.

This was such an interesting concept to me... imagine never actually having a family and just taking on the life of someone different every day. That is exactly what happens in this book.
Things change after our main character “A” falls in love with a girl who he wants to see even after changing bodies again the following days.
Very unique idea. Worth reading!

so-soThis was a very cool concept. "A" is a different person every day, a new body, a new life. This book was missing the explanation of why and how. I couldn't concertrate on the story because I was focusing on the physics.
pickI definitely found this book to be very interesting. It really dug into the concept of love and happiness and how we find love in so many ways. I really liked the risks that he author took in this book and the unique storyline. But, I definitely needed more of an explanation! It was a super cool idea, but I just wanted more on the sci fi elements.

I was looking for another heartwarming YA to follow up Dumplin', so I checked out the tagged book. I can't say this is really doing it for me.
pickThe main character in this book wakes up in a different body every day. That concept makes the book fascinating! However, I wish more was done with it. There is so much representation that it starts feeling like the theme is more important than the story. The fat body day irked me though. The author simply promoted that fat equals lazy and unattractive. Overall, interesting read!
I bought this for my classroom library and couldn‘t get any of the teenagers to read it. I showed the movie trailer in lieu of a book talk and now there‘s a long waiting list to read it. pickWas in Colorado for the weekend and it rained a lot, which means I finished 3 books!
I loved the premise of the story. Waking up in a different body everyday for your entire life is unfathomable to me. A always ends up in a body the same age as they are but the bodies vary widely from boy, girl, gay, straight, athletic, popular, suicidal, addict, etc. Then A falls in love with Rhiannon and things get really crazy.
