My mom asked me a few years ago if she could give these books to my nieces and I was like, yeah nooo. 😂
pickThis is a fun book. It‘s a quick read. A lot of time was clearly spent putting this book together. It‘s meant for kids, but it‘s entirely engaging for an adult, too. It actually has good messages about the importance of conservation of living creatures and doing things for the right reasons (not for money or power). It had a great message of gaining knowledge is important and awesome.
I feel like this is true for more than just dragonology.

Started reading this one just for fun. If you‘re a dragon lover, I‘d highly suggest this book. The artwork in it is absolutely amazing. I‘ve been reading it little by little. It‘s not a hard read at all, but it is tons of fun!!! Plus, the book itself is gorgeous.

I have to say, when I heard about this app and then discovered what it did, I was all in. It's like you took Instagram and Goodreads and mashed them together into this awesomeness. The kids were listening to a talk on monarch butterflies with their grandma while I browsed the shelves and there was this book in the kids nonfiction shelves, all about dragons. I never really thought about it before but I guess I grew up on Chinese stories and legends that often involved dragons. There's even a water and weather deity known as the Dragon King that some Chinese worship.
