1. Pumpkin roll FTW! I'll take a pumpkin roll and a cup of normal coffee over a pumpkin spice latte any day.
2. Hmm, how about cozy mysteries that have been slightly spookified? 🤔😂

Last #Scarathlon post for today - I made my pumpkin bread from my bucket list! Wasn‘t brave enough to make from scratch but the box suits me fine, esp with some hot honey & vanilla ice cream! #TeamWhoYaGonnaCall
Halloween craft and #pumpkinentry with a klutzy mom and an almost 2 yo we don‘t do carving 😂 #scarathon #teammonstermash

Gonna be playing catchup with the photo challenges today so get ready for SPAM! Anyway, the coffee shop on campus has a Pumpkin Chai, which is a slight deviation to my usual morning coffee (a Dirty Chai with all the espresso), so I‘m counting this as my #favoritefalltreat!

This story has a great lesson for children. It shows that differences do not matter.
“And despite what one may think, he was not seen as a curiosity by his family”
Pumpkinhead is a picturebook about a boy who was born with a pumpkin for a head. This story will appeal to children because it is a funny story. The content is very appropriate for the intended age level. It has meaning that is shown through the images and the text that a child who is different is loved no matter what.
Love this quote! No matter his differences he is accepted and loved by his family!
This book is so compelling and the illustrations really make the story come alive and really show emotion through colors, shapes, and lines.
Published in 2003.
This very fun picture book about a child with a pumpkin head. It reminded me of diversity with this child because although his family did not view him as a curiosity, I wouldn‘t be surprised if others did. The way the story sheds light on diversity and how so easily this child was accepted by his family was a sweet way to wrap up the story.
Thisbookwill appeal to the children because of the vibrant colors and use of lines!
