Terrible writing but a good story. I can overlook grammatical errors but bad stories make my heart hurt 💔

In most cases I only stumble across a series around the publication of its second or third book, or in rare cases around the time book 12 was published. But there are a few series I've read from book one (sometimes as ARCs) and have had to wait for the next instalment impatiently.
Duologies or Trilogies that were blown up and then divided for marketing reasons often read like it and I don't finish them.

I am not but always welcome any recommendations!! 🤓
My childhood library has such nostalgia for me that I would say that it is my favorite!!
#sundayfunday @BookmarkTavern
Two audiobooks were so good that I listened to them every free minute and stayed up to finish. Books that long and that good-when you‘re so close you just have to go for it. The Fireman and Wolf Hall.

Hermione and Ron from Harry Potter 💗

Jumping in on this because I can't resist sharing my bookish bicep! 🥰🥰 @BookmarkTavern #sundayfunday
I feel that a child should read whatever they are interested in, even if the author or books are problematic. Yes this includes the Harry Potter and the Little House books. The reason that I feel this way is because I feel that people, including children, should be exposed to a variety of points of view, whether they agree with them or not.

There are so many… boxcar children, babysitters club, the land of stories, Harry Potter…
#sundayfunday @BookmarkTavern
I sure do! I love all books and it doesn‘t matter to me what age they are targeted for!
I am currently in the middle of 3 books, set in LA, New York, and Montana… I would gladly visit any of those places!

I am currently reading a cozy and thankfully I am not in the middle of trying to solve a murder… so no! 🤓
I‘m addicted to audiobooks! I listen while driving, while bathing, and while performing other mindless tasks. I make sure I always have a book waiting in the queue, ready to start as soon as I finish one. I only listen to less complex books, like YA, thrillers, or horror, so that if I miss a sentence here or there it‘s not that important. I enjoy them because it enables me to consume books even when I‘m not physically able to read.
#SundayFunday
Although I engage in all of them, my favorite is reading a physical book… there is something about having it in your hands that adds to the whole experience to it!!
