I continue to love these books. Jethro‘s story was just as cute, amusing and light. It‘s what I need right now. I laughed, I snorted, and I got a little teary eyed. Sometimes sweet is just what you need.

Downside: Cletus‘ book is next (seriously he‘s the character in a series that everyone wants his book) and my furnace broke... so finances don‘t allow me to buy his IMMEDIATELY! 😭

I got the first of this series, Truth or Beard, on ebook and yes, I was drawn in by the cover. But damn, these books are so cute!! And because I love the covers so much, I‘m now collecting them in tangible form.

Book 2 in the Winston Brothers series did not disappoint. Sienna comes into town and Jethro can‘t take his eyes off of her. Love at first sight?

Reformed bad boy meets movie star in the second installment of the Winston Bros series. I think I liked this even better than the first, although it could have been shortened a tad bit. Very funny characters and all the Winston Bros are swoon-worthy! Can‘t wait to get to Cletus‘ story.

12 hours down for #StayHome24in48 ...not sure I‘m going to make the full 24 hours of reading but I‘ve been trying to kick a cold this week so I‘ve been prioritizing sleep and naps, too. Plus keeping the kids happy while social distancing. Enjoying this cute romance but man it‘s disconcerting reading all the casual social interaction.

Almost done with this audiobook. So far so good

I never would have thought a book character named Jethro could make me swoon, but Penny Reid pulls it off. This book was adorable. I appreciated that the heroine was Latina, not enough representation of WOC in romance. Reid's acknowledments addresses that and how she looked to her fans when writing the character of Sienna Diaz. Made me respect the author so much. #romantsy

I'm home with a sick boy today, so it is cuddling on the couch, reading and watching movies.
I am also impatiently waiting on my deliverly of Kingdom of Ash so I can dive in.

My beautiful Juno is out of her cone and super fluffy after her bath. This book was just on the cusp of pick vs. so-so. Penny Reid writes funny characters with great one liners but her books just tend to drag. I liked it but kept looking to see how soon I was going to be done.

I love how this former bad-boy has tried to turn around and become a better person. His and Sienna's story is funny and sexy and romantic, but never trashy.

The secret star is Cletus, though. Looking forward to reading his story.

The Reid-athon continues with Jethro Winston's story. I am so glad Penny Reid did a spin-off series with the Winston brothers. Just as well written, fun, witty, and hot without being trashy, as the Knitting in the City series, the Winston brother books have even better characters. I love these boys and I don't even know where to begin with Cletus. I can't wait for his story.

Such a clever book! It is dynamic in all the right ways and just enough to naughty bits to be a great summer read! I love mr some Winston brothers!!!! 💖

Great contemporary romance that had me laughing along with the characters shenanigans. The Winston brothers never fail in their hilarity.

Loved that the heroine was Latina and embraces her curves. She didn't harp on how she has always be a little bigger than normal size and I loved that she didn't let anything hold her back.

Can't wait to read the rest in the series.

Dove right into this 2nd book of the Winston Brothers series. I can't remember the last time I read a book set in Tennessee, really enjoying the setting along with the hilarious cast of characters. Pretty steamy too 😄
