This book was so cute that I actually cried.
I love them both so much.
5/5⭐️
“Absence doesn‘t make the heart grow fonder. Whoever said that was a damn fool. Absence makes the heart suicidal.”
Okay. I did not like this book.
I don't understand the hype either.
To me, it was really boring and so were the characters
1/5 stars.
This book is overrated. I was quite disappointed I remember thinking to myself after I had completed it "was that all?"
I thought that some of it was lacking detail. For example when she told him that she was sick I was expecting something more.
The most disappointing thing is the romance. It was random and all over the place. I didn't feel any connection
I found the characters boring it seemed like Oli was trying hard to be mysterious.
3/5 Stars
The storm and silence series is probably one of my favourite series ever.
If you love historical romance then you'd love this!
Lilly is a loud, fiery feminist who btw is completely and utterly awesome.
Whereas, Ambrose is cool and distant.
It's a slow-burning romance which makes you feel all the feels (I can't believe I wrote that sentence)
It's so funny, like some parts where I couldn't stop laughing my head off!
10/10 would highly recommend
