Woman works at uni. Woman is harassed by boss. Woman saves gangsters child. Woman offered reward. Woman seeks revenge.
Wonder why I enjoyed this one. Brain candy, but entertaining.

⭐⭐⭐⭐Another great thriller from TM Logan. I really enjoy the writing style, well paced, twisty story lines, once I start one I obsess about what is going on and how it will all resolve itself until I get to the end. There is always an unexpected element in the ending that I never foresee.#tmlogan #29seconds #tea_sipping_bookworm #goodreads #litsy #thestorygraph #bookqueen #bookstagram #thriller

Today‘s Prompt: EXALTED
Sarah saved the daughter of a EXALTED/PROMINENT man from being kidnapped, but she was rewarded in a very unusual way and in a way she actually couldn‘t accept until she knew she needed to.

This book was good once it got going. I was so angry with one of the characters for the entire novel.
Gripping, perfectly paced and full of twists. The ending was fab and definitely not easy to guess, unlike most thrillers I‘ve read. Just how a perfect thriller should be!
Started out kind of all over the place, but it‘s all coming together. Overall, a great story. #thriller #29seconds #dollywood #coffee

3/5 ⭐️!
This was a quick read for me and I did enjoy it. While some parts were a little too unbelievable to be real, I did enjoy it overall!
This was brilliant. Not as good as Lies for me but still a fantastic thriller. Loved the ending as well, it was very satisfying 😍
This was pretty good but I enjoyed Lies much more.

I received this as an ARC even though it has already been released in the UK. Honestly, this was not my favorite thriller. I felt that the writing was dry for such an emotional and disturbing subject. One positive was the twist at the end.
Ever have someone you wish you could just make disappear? Someone that for one phone call that person would be gone and it could not be traced back to you. Sarah sees a side of her boss that few have. Professor and television host Alan Hawthorne is charming and manipulative. But he is also a misogynist, sexually abusive pig who demands “favors” in exchange for a promotion.
This is the best thriller I have read so far for 2019.
TGIF Friends! Cheers to the Weekend and a nice stack of reading material!
I liked Logan‘s Lies so much I ordered 29 Seconds from Book Depository. An enjoyable quick read. Three down in #bookaweekchallenge
I got this ARC from Readers First. It is between a so-so and a pick for me. I found some characters under developed and one dimensional and it was a bit predictable. On the other hand it was a fast paced, pretty enjoyable read and the issue of sexual harassment in the workplace was a major plot point which feels extremely timely and important. Overall it was good but not great! 😊
