Lightweight but quite fun essays about crafting.

I think these essays or life through the lens of crafting are probably too sweet for me, but it does fit both today‘s prompts… #curse #sweater

A very sweet collection of essays about crafting. I enjoyed how much of herself she shared. I have similar familial ties with the origins of my crafting and was also very close to my grandparents, so I felt a lot of those essays deeply. A lovely, quick read.
Starting this with a glass of wine while i wait for dinner. A happy find in a fun book shop this afternoon.
I love #readathon! It‘s the closest i can get to a sleepover party as an adult! 📚
Our stack is...ambitious!
Cute essays!
Hey crafters! This personal essay collection is absolutely charming. Binge read it on a half day after work.
Loved this book of essays about crafting particularly for knitters and crocheters.
Tonight I am thankful for the rain, this book, and the time to read it.
I had to post a close up of Science woman :)
#makerswap
Finally taking a photo of my spectacular #makerswap box from @MeganAnn Picture does not do justice to the stunning cross-stitch (which I am calling “the science woman”) but it is really gorgeous 😍 The wood bookmark is silky smooth, I just keep touching it 😂. I can‘t wait to try the cross stitch pattern. I love the hand lettering pattern and I hope I can do it justice!!! The fabric you included is perfect for the quote! I love everything!
#PickFiveFriday is finally back! It was important for me to get at least one more selection out this month. This month is #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth. It was hard to narrow this down to five and especially since there are are others I have picked in the past that would fit the criteria (Jenny Lawson or Hygge for sure). I hope these books help you as much as they have helped me. Details for each pick at the link in my profile 😁.
This may be my first post-grad, leisure reading present to myself read. 6 more weeks!!
