I can now confirm that a total eclipse is exponentially better than even 99% coverage. One of the coolest, spookiest things I've ever seen, not to mention the temperature plummeting and all the songbirds disappearing for three minutes, then returning all at once singing their morning song. If you ever get a chance to see one, do it. It's worth the effort!

A good reread. I always enjoy reading books I haven‘t read in a while. You always find something new when you reread a story multiple times. It tends to give you a fresh perspective on something you thought you knew before.

I finally finished Eclipse. I did like this book better than New Moon. Bella still gets on my nerves. I do like the books better than the movies. I rated this book a 4 out 5 stars.

This is the least enjoyable of the series for me. There's a killer in Seattle leaving behind a trail of dead bodies, but everyone's attention is somewhere else. Rosalie, Emmett, Jasper, Carlisle, & Esme barely feature, and it all just feels rather meh.

Don't even get me started on the love triangle, and as for the whole imprinting thing - nope, no & no. Disappointing compared to the previous two books. 2⭐

Ugh. this was not the best book of the saga. I felt the dynamic between Bella and Edward in this one to be rather toxic and childish. I was cringing most of this read, while also wanting nothing more then to throw it out a window. I felt the plot was poorly written as well, along with spelling errors.

RE-READ: in this part Edward is too controlling and Bella is even more whiny, moody and annoying. And there is a lot of love triangle weirdness. I still had fun reading this one :)

Brought in the New Year with my newest #currentread Eclipse, the third book in the #TwilightSaga. It has been a cringy start, but looking forward to see how this plays out. I've enjoyed watching the progression in writing style as the series unfolds.

How could I be so in love & heartbroken at the same time!? They say time heals pain but perhaps that‘s not necessarily true, if you don‘t want the pain to heal. Human life, as we know eventually comes to an end. Edward embraces making mistakes as an important part of being human. I wonder if obtaining eternal life means one is given the chance to forever learn from their mistakes to the point where it almost becomes rare for one to make mistakes.

About half way through, so many mixed feelings! 🙈 I haven't decided just yet if I throughly enjoy it or if I'm just so far in I can't bring myself to turn back. 📖

After I finished New Moon, the husband and I watched the movie together, and I laughed at the way they depicted Edward's voice. If you've seen the movies, you know what I mean. 🤣
