So far I'm enjoying the story. This time Kamala faces Loki at the school dance. She meets a friend of the family who seems a little too perfect? and the last story is her working with SHIELD with someone nefarious going down at her school. Graphics are great and love all the storylines. Looking forward to continuing to read the series.

Volume 3 of Ms. Marvel was great! I was disappointed that Loki wasn't in it more, but I enjoyed his appearance. #msmarvel

Two things that I loved: Loki and Bruno

Writing is still great, art is still amazing to look at and the coloring is still a bright flash that enhances both art and writing that I can't look away.

This one was really good. More people showing up with powers plus a super hot guy turned badguy.

2 hour early dismissal today because of snow. I had laundry to fold or volume 3 of the Ms. Marvel series to read.

I‘m pretty sure we all know what I chose. 😉
I love this series. I may need to make a trip to our comic book store and pick up volume 4 (and 5, and 6.....).

For me the most interesting thing about superhero comics is the exploration of what life is like for superheroes when they aren‘t being super—the daily grind when they are just people (or not), albeit with powers, enjoying (or not) life while they wait for their next big moment. G. Willow Wilson excels at writing such stories & Ms. Marvel Vol. 3 continues to be fun & entertaining & inclusive & incredibly well-drawn. Can‘t wait to dive into Vol. 4!

Slowly getting caught back up with Ms. Marvel. Still great even if I forgot what‘s happened in the first two volumes.

Another good installment of Ms Marvel, with some interesting surprises. Kamala meets another one of her heroes. Some events are apparently a crossover, which made it a tiny bit confusing, but not much. Still, a fun ride.

These are my #currentread (s) I am going to try to finish Ms Marvel volume 3 tomorrow. Vox I am in the middle of, and Squirrel Girl Volume 1 I just started. I actually have a ton of books out from 2 library accounts so I have to return one before I pick up something on hold. Sometimes no matter how long I have had a book I can‘t let it go, so I read a graphic novel on that account to pick up a hold. I love books but my concentration has been bad😀

For the past couple of days, well now it‘s been 3 days since it‘s past midnight, I‘ve binged the Ms. Marvel graphic novels that I own. Oh my goodness, now I have to go get the rest of the series!!! I love Ms. Marvel!!! I may not be Pakistani or Muslim, but I love that she‘s not just a minority, but she‘s a teen as well. Doesn‘t just capture her struggles with living a double life, it also captures her struggles with balancing her cultures. 💗👍🏽

Still hanging in there with the #24in48 Hour Readathon.😅 Taking a break from Art in the Blood by Bonnie MacBird to continue one of my new favorite comic series--Ms. Marvel. 😍💛💛💛 If Crushed is anything like the previous volumes, I'm in for a treat.

Kamala is pretty much the best comic Marvel has done in years. I love everything about her and I'm really hoping to see her in the MCU (I know that's a long shot. They're just now getting around to Carol Danvers and she's a pretty big deal in the comics.)

This was my favorite volume of the series so far! There‘s more of a focus on Kamala‘s personal life, which I think has always been this story‘s biggest strength, plus a fun appearance from Loki and a strong setup for the next villains.

I really enjoyed this edition too. Both the other superhero ‘visits‘ Loki & SHEILD in this edition.... but even more than that, I love the nerdy references, and especially the way they deal with some pretty serious subjects, but in a superhero less threatening way.

I mean, I don't know if I can call these reviews anymore. Awkward gushing about books is what you are getting. But still, another perfect volume. I love the stories about Kamala's personal life and Wilson works them into the superhero stuff so naturally and perfectly.

What I loved about the first volume returns: this series is fun, thoughtful and a great insight into the life of a Muslim teenager. Loki shows up and slips truth-serum into the punch at the high-school dance, with hilarious results. Kamala fights villains - but the biggest danger she faces is her own feelings.

Truth.

These comics keep getting better! I was hooked from the start, because Loki?! Kamala goes through a lot of character development in this one: she has a first crush, and she loses some of her naiveté. *goes and orders the 4th volume*

I think this is my first month since I started to record by gender that the women authors outweigh the male authors!

Lots of powerful messages for girls and young women in this one! It's just sooo short. The volume only contains four issues!

When work computer crashes right after your boss bought the whole team Starbucks. So I can literally sit on the office couch, drink my frappuccino, and read my comic and NO ONE CAN BOTHER ME.

Ms. Marvel not going on a Valentines Day date. She's a nerd, a muslim and a total bad ass in this edition. I love the drawings! This collection also includes another storyarc: S.H.I.E.L.D #2 - which I don't care much for. The drawings and storytelling is totally different here - and not in a good way.
