Even though I really didn‘t love the plot twist, I think they played it out pretty well in the end. This was supposed to be a gender bent Cinderella story, but I felt it was more like Aladdin in Space (not in a bad way!). The heroine was tough and sassy like Jasmine, plus the cover photo led me that way anyways. A good read, definitely pick! P.S. I‘m trying to up my bookstagram game while in quarantine so enjoy my odd photos for the next while 😂

Here I am, 220 pages in and REALLY enjoying this book. The first non-cozy/non-free kindle romance book I‘ve read in almost 3 months, and they throw in THE WORST plot twist in the history of plot twists. Booooo.

Oh I desperately wanted this book so I wanted to love it SO BADLY. But I could not get into it for the life of me. I ended up skipping to like the second to last chapter, conforming my guesses were correct, and putting it away.

I accidentally bought the first three books on Kindle in a sleepy haze. I enjoyed this one but apparently not enough to read more 🤷🏻‍♀️

This story was pure Christmas Magic and I absolutely loved it.

Finished the first book (well technically two) in my Christmas Cheer Up Marathon and I have to say it was pretty fun. I really enjoyed both of the stories in this book, but I liked the hero in the second story a lot more, so even though it wasn‘t the title story it was my favorite story. Both were cute and Christmasy though. 🥰

I am usually a “fall until November 30th” kinda gal. But this week has been awful. Like whoops I yelled at my boss and also a kid at my work got really hurt and also my depression is kicking my ass awful. So yesterday I went to the book store and I was reading the synopses like I, and these Christmas ones were filling me with such a warm vibe that I bought them all and the matching bookmark. Gonna read my misery away all weekend, folks. 🎅🏼❄️

So we finished listening to this book while driving through miles of dark forest in Oregon. It was the perfect spooky setting for the last few hours of the story. Even my husband (who is pretty anti-book lately) was impressed with the final FINAL plot twist-a very twisty twist. Overall I enjoyed the story, but sometimes found Emma a little cringe worthy. I‘d give it 4/5 🔪 🔪 🔪🔪

My husband is addicted to Super Smash Bros, which means we spend a lot of time at his friends‘ house so he can play. Lucky for me that means lots of reading time. Starting this interesting tale.

Oh you guys, I really wanted to love this book but I just couldn‘t. It took me almost three months to finish. 😂 I only finished it because I wanted to know if Peter and Lara Jean stayed together. BUT I do love Lara Jean‘s personality and so I would read another book about her.

I have this little stack of books related to comic con that I really want to dive into. Unfortunately I have 6 half started books that I either have to finish or bail on because I‘ve been dragging my feet like crazy on them. I also desperately need to clean and reorganize my library. 😫 Wish me luck!
