I got lost sometimes when I was reading this book. My imagination went wild. I was really into it.
Daryl Kho is such a good storyteller. I wanted to read this book in one sitting but work get in the way.
I‘m super into mythical folklore stories especially in Southeast Asia. I found that the stories were written beautifully and I was enchanted by the magical stories.
This time I don‘t really mind the book spine because this book is so good! I want Jonathan!
3 stars rating.
I've learned so many things from this book, especially how to understand people and build the trust and connection.
One thing that I don't like about this book is some of the 'tips' and the meaning are kind of repetitive.
I still enjoyed reading this book and there are many good tips that can be applied at my work and my relationship with family, friends and family around me.
Not being so active for months. Sorry for that. I‘m active on bookstagram. But i miss here too. Currently reading Delayed Rays of a Star by Amanda Lee Koe. What are you guys reading?

This is my March Wrap Up. I‘ve read 10 books in total of different genre. I got caught up with work and managing some stuff and balancing my work and my life hahahaha
How many books you‘ve read in March?
This is my current read. I received an ARC from Times Read in return for an honest review. I‘ve just started and I‘m on chapter 10. It‘s good so far. I like the folktales! As for this one is more on korean/chinese tale. It‘s about nine-tailed fox called Gumiho. I‘m pretty sure many of you have heard that. As for me, this is my first time.
Sorry for being MIA. Today I had so much fun at the UNTITLED. Book Club Soft Launch with the bookish people. Here‘s the photo of us :D

If to rebel, rebel from inside the system. That's much more powerful than rebelling outside the system.

This review copy I received from Netgalley and I can‘t wait to read it. Thank you Netgalley and Reg Rogue Press for sending this ARC. I have been a huge fan of Lewis Carroll and I love Alice‘s story so much. I will post the review soon when I finished it.
Look at this messy look! How much do you love Harry Potter?
So my friend brought this book when we met yesterday. She said she is very busy with work and don‘t have much time to read. So she decided to read children‘s books instead. I really want to read A Christmas Carol because I have yet read it. 😆
Here‘s mine:

I‘m currently reading The Burning by Laura Bates. I like the issues raised in this book. It‘s about online abuse,m and sexual harassment. Though I feel like the story is a little bit draggy but I want to know the ending. Hope can finished it. Wish me luck!
Holly Black is a genius. Such a good story and good writing. I loved every single details and every description in this book. I don't usually reading about faeries but this faeries stories is freaking perfect. The world building is 💯 and the plot is really good. The characters are likeable! Highly recommend this book!
This book made me laugh. This book also ripped my heart out. The most upredictable book I‘ve ever read. This book was well written and well plotted. The plot twist got me like what is happening? Why is this happening? I was screaming at the plot twist OMG! Highly recommend this book!
The reading pace was fast though. This is not some kind of fairy tales that children loved but this is much more than that. The cruelty that I loved the most about this book. I was hoping that this book could be a little bit more darker. I loved the setting in this book that it took place in Faerieland. All the imagination I had in my mind when I was reading it made me so happy. The writing is really good. It's addictive and beautiful.
Five Feet Apart was an amazing read. The story is about two teenage main characters, Stella and Will who are both patients in the hospital with Cystic Fibrosis that fall in love. This story really touched my heart. It was endearing. This book was well-written and it's a very emotional story. Overall, the story is light and easy. And sad. Highly recommended!
