You read something and it makes you think about your young adult life transitioning out of high school and the friendships you make in life at that time. This book did this. How as young adults we “feel” like it‘s the end of the world and when we‘re young we‘re so passionate about life. This book was a journey in that sense but that‘s not only what it was about it‘s also about friends “losing” a friend in a tragic death and the truth comes out.

I was disappointed and this Reese‘s BookClub pick. It‘s a murder mystery at a coastal resort close to where I‘m from. I suppose that‘s what made me want to read this. This was an amazing read! Set around the 1940‘s in Pennsylvania in a town segregated with Jews and blacks and a Jewish grocery store owner who was the heartbeat of the town and befriended everyone. This story intertwines all characters story lines because there is a lot going on.I love these types of stories.
