My favorites were In the Forest Dark and Deep, a disturbing tale of the March Hare and tea parties; Hide and Seek, a story about a girl who has 24 hours to win a challenge against death; and The Girl Without a Face, a wonderful psychological terror. That one gave me all the creepy feelings 💀🔪

so-soThis book kept me company during my tattoo appointment. It was a decent read and mildly entertaining. I found the main character to be quite selfish and annoying. I get that she‘s a succubus, but her flighty behavior got old fast. The only thing that kept me going was the relationship between her and Seth. Not sure if I‘ll continue with the series though. 3/5 🌟

The fiancé and I had a joint birthday celebration trip to New Orleans. Until a few weeks ago, we unknowingly booked our trip the same weekend his brother and sister-in-law booked theirs! A live podcast show, ghost tour, trip to Faulkner House Books, Bourbon St, Jackson Square, Cafe Du Monde, and multiple hurricanes later, we are so sad to leave this lively city. We‘ll be back soon!

I found Marissa to be a bit prissy and unsupportive of Butch at times, but given her background I can understand why. Butch and Vishous have such a tight-knit friendship and I‘m so glad this book leads into V‘s story. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a last-minute resort she takes on a dog-walking gig for the summer and is forced to spend time with her dad. I loved the dynamics within the friend group, how Andie and her dad break down their walls, and of course, what‘s a YA book without a romance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
