Edit to add: Finished. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐While the mystery didn't go quite as expected, I'm happy any time I get to accompany Veronica and Stoker on an adventure. I think readers will enjoy seeing where this one leaves the pair at the end!!
pickI absolutely loved this book! This is my favorite in the series so far! I loved the remote setting & the added fun of Cornish folklore! The sexual tension between Stoker & Veronica is maddening & I love it!! The mystery was wonderfully exciting & kept me guessing. I also loved how it lead right into what is to be the next book in the series (TBR 3/2020). I just can‘t wait! Definitely 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

So I still haven‘t felt 100% after my surgery last Friday. Only worked a 1/2 day yesterday and saw a doctor after work. She took some labwork (normal) and told me to stay home today and rest. So if I have to stay home I might as well snuggle with my baby Penny and read a good book right?!
