slategreyskies When I was in Botswana years ago, a group of my friends and I were singing songs from musicals to pass the time on a bus journey. When we sang Hakuna Matata, our African friends were shocked, saying “Where did you hear that!?” Apparently, it‘s an actual phrase in the language. I‘d always assumed it was made up for the movie, but it‘s genuine. Cool, huh? 😎 3mo

I‘ve seen mixed reviews for this one, but I really enjoyed it! Maybe it‘s because I‘m currently binging Succession 😂 The Plumb family is MUCH less toxic than the Roy family, though 😬 Another #dysfunctionalfamilyfiction win and it‘s my #TBRtarot choice for February (author‘s first name starts with C).
