Day4 of #augustofpages My favourite #booksquad are Reginald Hill's Yorkshire detectives. The straight talking Dalziel, the new breed of policeman Pascoe and, my favourite, the dry humoured Wield. "Dalziel's supporters claimed his rudeness was calculated; others, impressed by his record, were willing to concede it might be intuitive; Pascoe asserted it was merely digestive." #bookphotochallenge

And the book selection is one that I fell in love with, obsessively raved about, and as a result, roughly 10 others have read & also fallen in love with. That's my kind of squad. (If I had to pick a true book squad, it's The Babysitters Club. No question).
