January #wrapup

9 read + 1 DNF:
1 short story
1 graphic novel
3 audiobooks
3 children‘s book
1 non-fiction

My pick for February is Rough Pages. It‘s the third book in the Evander Mills series, which I continue to enjoy.

Someday I‘m going to finish those carry over books. 🙂

I‘ve recently started a couple books but haven‘t gotten very far in them yet, so I‘m calling it for February reads. #wrapup

January #wrapup

I read 6 books in January and DNFed 2. The tagged and Cubs & Campfires were both top picks for the month, but I think I‘m going with Empire as my favorite in January.

Reggie I‘ll have to look Cubs and Campfires up! 4w

January #wrapup

2025 is off to a strong reading start despite the fact that I didn‘t complete any books for challenges. Lots of clunkers and mediocre reads this month but my favorites were Lula Dean, Twelve Dancing Princesses and Agatha Christie. Animal Albums for children was adorable, make sure to listen to the songs!

The tagged book isn‘t necessarily going to be one of my favorite books for the year, but it‘s my favorite for the month. #wrapup

Making a good start at #auldlangspine with these - top and bottom shelf are from the list @CBee gave me. All very good! I‘m only about halfway through the Dunne but it‘s a terrific listen so far. Middle shelf are book club picks for my two in-person book clubs, which have been unfortunately lackluster. As sometimes happens.
