Sat down to read and this was on the floor next to my couch: my son‘s abandoned pizza box (thanks, kid) serving as a cat bed. #Edie seems very comfortable there. Oh, cats. 😸 #catsoflitsy
I had a great picture of #Edie to post with my #BFC round 1 final results, but Litsy isn‘t letting me post pictures right now....
I did okay with my three different colored fruit/veg most days - some I missed and some I totally nailed, but I did find myself making choices toward it!
Yoga - I practiced 6 out of 7 days, so yay me!
Meditation - finished 40 days of lovingkindness and I noticed some definite shifts in my thinking.

#Edie is too hot today to snuggle, but she did hang out with me while I read. Finished Bird Box and The Silent Patient this weekend and I needed a non-thriller. Parkhurst is a great writer and doesn‘t shy from embarrassing or uncomfortable truths - in this one, she‘s dropped some great lines about parenting and marriage that I think apply to anyone with kids, but especially when your kids struggle. ♥️

Today‘s Book Barn #bookhaul is one thing I‘m grateful for. My other two for day 2 of #grateful21 are post-book-buying chili cheese fries with my son and my sister, and my #Edie and Chloe #catsoflitsy acting hilariously curious and shy when my sister came over. @Eggs
My alphabetical super old TBR reading fest continues with this one - on the list since 2010, you guys. Insane. I‘m not loving the lack of quotes when people speak but other than that, it‘s solid so far. I can‘t imagine how awful it would be to taste people‘s secret feelings in food, unless you knew some really happy good cooks. #Edie is resigned to my poor attempts to get a decent picture of her in the dim light. #catsoflitsy
