Really enjoyed listening to this one. I have mixed feelings about reading tragic stories as it seems insensitive to those who have experienced the loss. But it's clear early on that this #MissingPerson story will turn out well. Amusingly told from the dog's POV, Chet & his human partner investigate how & why a teenage girl has disappeared. My grandkids' pups' Dax & Dexter surely have their own POV. #NewYearNewBooks @Eggs @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks

The latest Chet and Bernie story finds our duo heading to Colorado in search of a missing…individual. It was fun to see them in a different setting and this is a great addition to the series. If you love dogs but haven‘t read these, you must! Start with book 1, Dog On It. You won‘t be sorry!

I just love the Chet and Bernie books, and I think this might be the best one yet! Bernie runs into someone he knew in high school who isn‘t in great shape and who then disappears. While searching for him, some things go awry and a sinister plot is discovered. And, as usual, Chet is waaaayyyy ahead of Bernie! 🐶

This was pretty cute…a private detective and his dog investigate the possible kidnapping of a local teen…told from the dogs point of view! A little cheesy, a lot of fun.
