This is book 51 of 150 for this year. I read it May 9-26 and gave it 4 ⭐️on Good Reads. I have always liked e.e. cummings but never really read his work outside of school. I am glad that I found this book and will be looking forward to reading more of his work.
Out of the 100 selected here, I only really liked about 3 and some quotes from a few more. He‘s known for the strange placement of punctuation but I didn‘t realize how much he really messed with the grammar and word types. For someone like me who pays attention to correct grammar and spelling, it was excruciating at times. In any case, here‘s a pictured poem I did enjoy.
Day 17 #sisforseptember #sticky
Let me just inform you that a Goodreads book search on "sticky" will lead to nearly pornographic results! ? So I'm going with a snippet from a poem and a Google image search for this one!

1. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime
2. e e Cummings. 3. Cheers. 4. Chickpeas
One of my favorite quotes. I have this hanging up on the fridge at home to remind us to never stop fighting to stay true to who we are
Some of these poems are amazing and even brought tears; others left me so confused I‘m still wondering about them. 🤔

#textonlycovers #booktober This was my grandmother's copy. She gave it to me when I first started doodling poetry on napkins when she looked after me. @RealLifeReading
We're already at #day19 of the #augustphotochallenge. Today's theme is #poetry. So shows us some of your poetry books or favourite poems 📇
A poetry poem I saw yesterday. Thought you guys might appreciate it. 😂
More Book/Shop! My love browsing the book-related prints.
