pickI needed something a bit lighter after some more serious Nonfiction lately, so I picked up the next book in this YA action series. It took me a little while to place everything again after a long hiatus, but I loved seeing Sam reunited with the group, and for a slower start, this one definitely ended with a bang... reunions, betrayals, some massive plot twists and predictions about the future, and a few new players with questionable motives.

pickThis series is just packed with action! I love all the different characters perspectives! It seems like just when your on the cusp of something it switches to another character and you can‘t stop reading because you have to find out what‘s next! This descriptions are so vivid it‘s easy to ‘see‘ what‘s going on! I can‘t wait to start the next book!!!

I‘m excited to announce that I have a new job after playing SAHM since September! I‘m sure my book count will decline a little but I‘m happy to contribute to my families income again! For the first time I‘m working in my hometown! My new commute is 8-10min, so I‘m finding new time for my audiobook(s)! And enjoying some garden fresh cucumbers & cherry tomato‘s with some Kentucky sweet sweet tea!

Having a lazy day since I had to wake up early to pick up my oldest daughter from camp an hour and a half away this morning. She‘s upstairs sleeping, my youngest is watching movies, hubs is at work and I should totally be doing some house work but I‘m relaxing enjoying my audiobook since I‘m for some reason super tired. Chores can wait til later!

I technically don‘t walk my dogs, we live on a farm so they have plenty of room to run! But I enjoy being outside with them.
But I normally HATE any type of cleaning/doing laundry but with my audiobooks I actually want to clean so I have an excuse to listen to my book!
I do on occasion listen to books while in the shower but it depends on the voice bc they can sometimes be hard to understand.

pickPretty much the only thing I remembered from my first read of this was the big tragic bit at the end. So that made for an interesting read. Super proud of the author for only using the word segue once in this book. Also, still don't like the whole Four and Sarah relationship but it's whatever. Only 3 more books left and I've never read them before so yay!
When you have lost hope, you have lost everything. And when you think all is lost, when all is dire and bleak, there is always hope.
