My son made 2 important discoveries while reading his #ScholasticBookfair book: 1) the joys of bookmarks (I gave him one from @cobwebmoth after finding him laying the book down and open😳) 2) the magic of book lights. beaniebankbeth I'm Pikachu today too! Faculty costume. Math department is Team Rocket and they even stole the Squirtle doll I keep in my classroom! A couple of daring students got him back for me, though. Such a fun (and comfy!) costume. Have fun! 8y

Spiderfelt Same! I'm not sure how to reconcile the two. For now I'm choosing playing over reading because it gets my kids out of the house and they're hanging out together (angels singing). 8y

Spiderfelt This book is an excellent idea. We've hit a glass ceiling with the game since we don't actually know anything about the characters and have never played the original Pokemon. 8y
