“Before her Beauty saw not the Beast but the radiant face of a handsome young prince. For in pledging herself to the Beast, Beauty had unlocked a fantastic spell.“
“Before her Beauty saw not the Beast but the radiant face of a handsome young prince. For in pledging herself to the Beast, Beauty had unlocked a fantastic spell.“
The moment when Beauty realizes she wants to marry the Beast. She rushes to him out in the garden and confesses her love to him and says she wants to run away with him. In that moment when they kiss the curse is broken and the Beast turns into a handsome prince and they get married and go off and live happily ever after.
This story is a fairytale. In this story a young girl names Beauty and her family were royal living in a castle until one day they were suddenly penniless. The father goes to the castle and asks for one of his daughters to meet with the Beast. Beauty goes to the castle and meets the Beast and gets to know him and they eventually fall in love. Then Beauty and Beast are in love and the curse is broken and he turns back into a handsome man.
“Once upon a time, there lived a merchants daughter so lovely and kind that all who knew her called her beauty.“
I would use this story in my classroom to teach children the importance of bravery and kindness. The beauty in the story stands up for her dad when the beast takes him. She offers to switch places with her father, and the beast accepts this offer. Though the beauty is held captive by the beast, she remains kind.
This story is fairytale because it is a magical story, that originated in folklore. The story consists of a poor, brave, and resourceful hero that goes through testing adventures to eventual good fortune.
“When these words were spoken, the world began to whirl around them. Stars fell from the sky, and the palace was illuminated as if by a thousand candles.“
This fairy tale would be a wonderful story to read to young elementary students. This can test their listening skills and story comprehension to see if they were paying attention or just remembering the original story of beauty and the beast. I like how the beast was kind throughout this story.
This is a twist on the traditional Beauty and the Beast story. It uses the same characters, but the entire time the beast is kind as long as the beauty lives there. It is a fantasy story full of imagination and magic. This is also known as a fairy tale.
Blurb:
I like the illustrations in this book. They seem realistic and they have small details and textures that add to the book's overall feel.
Review:
This is a fairy tale since marrying a beast or animal is not possible in the real world. It is also a beast tale since one of the main characters is a big beast.
I don't normally share personal info here but I just had to share this with my Litsy family! I got engaged today! 💕📚💍I don't know if you can tell in this picture, but it's a rose shaped ring from Beauty and the Beast! 😍 Some of you probably know I was married before to a horrible abusive person, and it took a long time to heal and become strong again. Actually getting engaged to a kind, sweet, nerdy guy is like a fairytale dream come true!
Yay! Book 100 finished! Picked a special one - Beauty and the Beast is my ultimate favourite Disney film and this was so cute 😊 #wintergames #24B42020 #readnosedreindeer #impulseread
