Book Two:
This is a light fluffy Christmas installment of the Vampire Knitting Club cozy series. It is #4 in the series but I think it can be read alone.

Needed a cozy read so I picked this one up. This is the 4th one in the vampire knitting club series. This one is set at the holidays so they have a booth at an artisan market. They become friendly with another booth and she gets attacked. So mystery is started. Pretty good.
I wanted to like this a lot more than I did. It fell flat for me. I think it may be that I just don‘t like the “centuries old vampire in love with a young woman” trope and I hate the reluctant witch trope. If I had powers I‘d be all over that. Like in The Change..
What I did like - the vampire knitters, the story of a possibly stolen Lord of the Rings type manuscript. I may give the next one a try before bailing on the series.

I‘m knitting this year‘s Arne & Carlos Advent Mystery Stocking.
So, I thought it was appropriate since I‘m reading this cozy. #doublespin
Next up is my #doublespin pick for this month.
Hades and Harpy are enjoying the snuggly reading time as well.
@meheyjude I‘m finally picking this series back up.
Another installment of the fun Vampire Knitting Club series. This one, set at an Oxford Christmas market, had fewer supernatural elements than the previous ones, but featured a good mystery.

Usually I'm not a fan of longer series but in this case I'm glad it is! I think I'll make it through more than expected this month because it's one of those where i just end up reading in one or two sittings.
Here's how I've spent my evening. I've been snuggled up with Fancy working on a project while listening to Stockings and Spells (Vampire Knitting Club #4) by Nancy Warren. I've still got 2 more parts of this to catch up on and it's still cold so I foresee this being the majority of my weekend 🤣

Another perfect snow day ☃️ just cast off my pixie hat while wrapping up this cozy mystery 🧶📚❤️ #audioknitting #knittersoflitsy #hookerslitsy

On to the next one! I really enjoy this series. Makes me want to take up knitting also 😂
I actually enjoyed this one much more although the mystery is still obvious. But still, the descriptions of the holiday market was cozy and I liked that the plot involved books and authorship. Plus, the knitting and soap descriptions were fun. 26 pts #WinterGames2020 #MerryReaders #HolidayRead
Another read of the Vampire Knitting Club, this time disaster occurs at a Christmas Market, when a knitted stocking is put to nefarious use 🧶and Lucy and her vampires have a mystery to solve. #WinterGames #MerryReaders
Work was insane yesterday, but I got up early to read, and that's all I had energy for when I got home last night. So ready for the weekend already! #Wintergames2020 @Clwojick #MerryReaders 881pts.
A great holiday book in this fun cozy series! The vampire knitting club goes all out to create knitted goods to sell at a Holiday market, and Lucy makes friends with a soap maker named Gemma. There's a bookish mystery, murder, and attacks- once again Lucy jumps into the fray (and into some wild conclusions), and it's all merry mayhem.

🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤 the book, candy, and ghost towel. 👻
I wanted this book to read in December. Yay!!!
Book four in the vampire knitting club series.
The snow has arrived which means it's officially the season for handicrafts and a #CozyChristmasMystery ... with vampires.
