Re-reading this phenomenal series. These books always brighten up my mood even when I'm at my lowest.

A really fun slow burn #romantsy that resolves over a number of books. Lilly is a suffragette heroine who accidentally gets a job while dressed as a man and trying to vote. From there It‘s silly and full of anachronisms and heart. Can‘t wait to finish this series.

At first i thought the book would be shit but as i read on i couldn't help it but noticed that i can't stop reading this book

I'd been wanting to read this for awhile and I finally got around to it a couple of weeks ago. After finishing it, I was officially hooked! I then proceeded to devour the next 3 books in the series over the past week. Now I am undecided. Do I start book 5 knowing I will have to read it slowly as chapters are doled out weekly on #Wattpad or do I hold off till the whole book is available and devour it all at once? 😞 What to do, what to do....

The storm and silence series is probably one of my favourite series ever.
If you love historical romance then you'd love this!
Lilly is a loud, fiery feminist who btw is completely and utterly awesome.
Whereas, Ambrose is cool and distant.
It's a slow-burning romance which makes you feel all the feels (I can't believe I wrote that sentence)
It's so funny, like some parts where I couldn't stop laughing my head off!
10/10 would highly recommend

I enjoyed this romance, but it's the first in a series so the ending leaves you needing more! The action was great, and it's a slow burner romance-wise. I liked that the heroine is a feminist and often strong, but she def had her over analytical and annoying moments. I loved Ambrose and I'll be picking up book 2. #romantsy
