My October Reads! I read so much that I can barely fit them on one collage. That‘s a good problem to have. 🤣

3✨Not my favorite in the series, but it still had the familiar humor and action that were expected. A very nice conclusion to the series. Was trying to finish this before midnight, but have been really out of it lately. #SeriesLove @Andrew65 @TheSpineView
Onto the last book of the series. It's been an amazing adventure so far and I can't believe it's coming to an end but I know these characters will also be a comfort to me that I can't wait to share with my kids. #fairytale #retelling #siblings #twins #magic #grimm #fantasy #universe #goodvsevil #family
I think I have the same thoughts as I did about the last book in this series. I don‘t like Colfer‘s writing style and his attempts at humor even for middle grade. This is the last book in this series (it might be continued on in his new series but I think I‘m done with him). I love the idea of these stories but I don‘t think Colfer executes it well. Didn‘t really like the ending either. Glad to be done with this series.
This book is about a boy and a girl that are twins. They have friends in the fairytale land which is called the land of stories. Conner and his family his friends have to rescue his sister Alex from a witches curse that makes her do bad things. The book is about Conner and his friends trying to save his sister.
This book is the sixth book in this series. I have read it like maybe two or three times already. It‘s about twins and their names are Alex and Conner. They have friends who live in the fairytale world. There friends with goldilocks, red riding hood, jack from jack and the beanstalk. The book is a fantasy and sort of a adventure book. Conner fly‘s to New York to find his sister Alex.
10/13-10/16 Fiction
In the chapter, Conner and his friends are going to New York City to save his sister Alex from the enemies. His friends from the Fairy Tale world have never been on a plane. If the time was when planes weren't created (before 1900's) they would have to use something different to get to New York. If they could they could use a boat, they could boat to New York. They could also use animals or walk o their feet to travel too.

Fiction
I only started this book today. I have only read the prologue of the book. The prologue was about Conner's 80th birthday. The author added a chapter that was from a different time. In the most of the series, the twins were in their teens. In the prologue, Conner was a elder. Conner was an author in the chapter. He influenced lots of young readers. The books that Conner wrote are the Land of Stories book in a different name.

Fairy Tale, Fantasy Fiction
I chose this book because it was the last in the whole series. I read the first 5 books already and just started this one. This series follows Alex and her twin brother, Conner in the world of magic.
What a wonderful end to a great series! I started out with the intention of just reading the first two books, so I could recommend the series to my 4th and 5th graders at work. However, I was hooked and couldn‘t put it down! This series ( and this final one) has given the fairytale stories a whole new meaning for me with Colfer‘s imaginative retelling. Highly recommend to all.
About to finish this amazing series for the fourth time! Not only the series is amazing but the books are so pretty 🤩
The Land of Stories: Worlds Collide, was very interesting, it was a wonderful ending to the series. The book was filled with action and adventure and would appeal to any reader that loves fantasy mixed with reality and fairytale characters. It is filled with mystery, adventure and action packed fight. I strongly recommend this book to and tweens and teenagers, this book would definitely appeal to them. The final book of the Land of Stories was an amazing read and I definitely encourage others to read it.
Finished. Some parts were a bit irritating but mostly a fun read

Getting into bed to start my new book! So excited to see how this collection comes to an end!
I started reading yesterday and am already halfway. So exciting! 📚 📖
This was a lovely conclusion to the series. Despite its flaws, LoS is an enjoyable and heartwarming series to read. I can see why so many kids love these books.
With 3 hours left in my 11 hr audiobook, I am almost finished with the chunksters that have been on my plate! Time for some shorter reads.

The temp is in the mid-60s this morning and it is delightful! Took a morning walk, and now it‘s tea time! Drinking a sample of Pumpkin Spirits by Riddle‘s Tea in my Hagrid‘s Hut mug in honor of the cooler temps. 🍂🌾

Next up will be the last book in The Land of Stories series by Chris Colfer. And toys for Jonathan. And smoothies. It may be 40 something degrees out, but sick days call for smoothies!
My buddy read with my student is now complete on my end. He is on Book 5. I saw his mom the other day and she said he is so excited you are reading these books with him. This was a great conclusion to the series and I highly recommend these-especially in audio. They are extremely entertaining. I‘m a little sad this was the last one.
Very good, I was happy with how Alex and Conner's adventures ended.
Up next is the sixth and final book of Alex and Conner's adventures
Alright ending to this series. Overall this is a good series for kids. Takes place in NYC so A+ for that aspect.
No one ever changed the world by being beautiful. If you want to make a difference, you can‘t let something as trivial as appearance get in your way. A daisy doesn‘t need the roses‘ permission to bloom - and neither do you.
While I didn't enjoy this one as much as some of the others in the series, it was still very enjoyable. It was the perfect ending to these books.
This audiobook was a good distraction from being sick today. It was a great conclusion to a fun, middle grade series. I‘m even got a little teary eyed towards the end. This was a really fun series to listen to, I‘m kind of sad that it‘s over.
After both my parents having the flu, my cousin and her boyfriend, my brother, and several other of my cousins and friends, and after talking care of the hubs while his flu graduated to pneumonia, I finally have to admit defeat. I‘m getting sick. 🙁 I‘m taking lots of vitamins, greens, echinacea, and drinking plenty of fluids though, so I‘m still hoping I won‘t get as sick as everyone else has been. Thank God for audiobooks to help distract me.
Family audiobook (for in the car)! All of my kids love this series 11, 12, and 15) we have listened and/or read when the first book came out five years ago.
Excited to see how the series closes out!
November 15: #endpages - The last page of the last #landofstories. I'm not 100% convinced that it's the end though. #🤔 #mystery #theend #lilbookishthanks
Boyfriend bought me some books and and iced tea for my Friday night plans! #bookhaul
Let all cry together that it's over! The only thing I wanted from this book is what was Alex doing in the epilogue! But hopefully a spinoff will happen! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
What a perfect ending to a great series!! I loved being able to be swept up in the magic of the fairytale world!!
With less than a month left before I go back to school, I am committed to getting in as much reading time as possible!!! #teachersoflitsy
Using this Saturday evening to relax and catch up on some reading!! Perfect way to spend my night if you ask me!
I've done this whole series on audio. Colfer narrates them himself and so you get the emphasis and feelings he intended. He leaves the door open for follow up stories, but also tied up storylines nicely.
I'm sad that this wonderful book series that I have been following for so long is over. But all stories must come to an end eventually, and I can't complain with the result of this one. So glad to have been apart of this world and I will treasure it forever. Thank you Chris Colfer for giving the real magic of good stories and creating such important characters. I will be revisiting this one for a long time.

This is the book my daughter has chosen to take with her when she goes to her first sleep away camp at Green River Preserve in August! She's extremely excited, and I am excited for her! Sleep away camp was something I never experienced in childhood, but always wanted to do.
