An enchanting book about time travel and the consequences that could come. Every time I put the book down I couldn‘t stop thinking about June. This was so beautifully written and sure to be one of my tops books of the year. Book #25 in 2025

⭐️⭐️⭐️💫
There was so much in this story that felt totally brand new. The nightmare wardens and the wraiths from the mountain kingdom, especially.
Though, for all the ground it had to cover, I do feel like it dragged in the middle and then raced to the end.
It wasn‘t as good as Divine Rivals, but I will gladly read all of Ross‘ work.

Happy St Patrick‘s Day 💚 🍀 It‘s a beautiful day for porch reading! 📖

It‘s been a busy weekend with work and bad weather. Thankfully we were safe and had no damage. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by the tornadoes 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I might not have gotten to experience the absolute delight that this story is (also genuine anxiety when Greta walked determinedly into danger) if the audiobook had the same cover as the bland paperback version that I turned my nose up at a year or so ago.

It‘s a glorious blending of several fairytales - most prominently Hansel & Gretal and Snow White & Rose Red. And it‘s one of those books that could have been written, just for me.

I didn‘t particularly enjoy this one. Lots of people love it, but it was just okay for me.
