Really enjoyed this! I did not know how it was all going to the end, and I loved all the twists we took to get there.

This definitely kept me guessing throughout the whole book. There were a lot of twists. Some of them I didn‘t guess and some of them I did, but for the most part, I really liked this story. It felt very real to me in a lot of ways, especially the emotion that Marin goes through and the other characters when faced with so many difficult situations. Definitely a good thriller to keep you wondering what will happen.
A deliciously tangled web of a book Jennifer has woven together.Marin's son is kidnapped whilst she is taking a phone call,as she mourns the loss of her son she learns her husband is cheating on her..I couldn't put this book down, the writing, pacing, ending, twists and reveals are intriguingly stunning and excitingly gripping. The manipulative mistress and how Marin intends to deal with her now that she knows of her existence had me spellbound.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A haunting, gripping, page turner delving into people's lives and their dark secrets, just when I thought there couldn't be more, another layer of lies and deception revealed itself, what a deliciously tangled web of a book I couldn't put this book down, the writing, pacing, ending, twists and reveals are intriguingly stunning and excitingly gripping. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This thriller had it all. Affairs. Kidnapping. Murder for hire. Spicy scenes. Plot twists. As a wife and a mother, reading this pulled so many emotions out of me as the story unraveled. Tears were actually shed. Loved this book!
“All it takes to unravel a life is one little secret...
Marin had the perfect life. Married to her college sweetheart, she owns a chain of upscale hair salons, and Derek runs his own company. They're admired in their community and are a loving family―until their world falls apart the day their son Sebastian is taken.”

This book is about an affluent couple Derek and Marin whose son is kidnapped while they are at a market. The beginning of the story centers on the kidnapping but as Marin searches to find out what happened to her son, this book becomes so much more. Really enjoyed it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Stayed up way past my bedtime to finish. I had The Who figured out pretty early but definitely didn‘t ruin the story for me. 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫 It did make me realize how big my dear of someone taking my son is! 🫣
Friday night read. This is the second book I‘ve read by Jennifer Hillier and so far it‘s good!
This is the first book of Hillier's that I've read and it won't be the last. Fast-paced and full of twists. I figured out who the bad guy was before it was revealed but was surprised by the other twists.
A compulsively readable thriller with a ton of twists and turns. Loved it.
Man, Jennifer Hillier just keeps coming through with excellent work. Grateful that in-library traffic isn‘t overwhelming today so that I can sit and read! 😍😮 #littlesecrets #jenniferhillier
Omg what a fabulous book. I loved this so much, cementing her a one of my favourite authors. So much intrigue and a great selection of characters. Definitely a must read! ❤️🤓
“You know what it‘s like having a child? ...It‘s like your heart walking out the door on two legs, vulnerable and unprotected.” — Little Secrets by Jennifer Hillier
"Who would have thought that who you love and who you feel safe with might not be the same person?"
This one was pretty good, I enjoyed it and my heart was tugged on the way anything with child abduction does. There were a few times I was really frustrated with the book when it came to the mom. Also I think this book leads you to who the person is. It's not really a reveal more of like slowly guiding you to it. I still knew way before I think you were suppose to, but over all I enjoyed it. 4/5
A #pageturner if I ever read one. A devastating look into what happens when a child goes missing, into unrequited love, into what people will do for love, and into how relationships change. Marin just wants to find her son.

Finished my library e-book hold on this one because I couldn‘t put it down. I don‘t think it‘s the author‘s best book & I was a but disappointed that I had most all the the twists figured out early on but this was a crazy ride anyway & kept me engaged & turning the pages. The secrets aren‘t little, they are HUGE & although empathetic to the MC‘s trauma of losing her son while shopping at Seattle‘s Pike Place Market, I did want to shake her A LOT!
I went into this only knowing the first chapter, and it took turns I did not expect! Even the "reveal" had me surprised.
I liked all the characters, all of them flawed, and depending on the lighting, "good" and "bad." Makes it hard to dislike anyone truly- Hillier does a good job with making a reader empathize.
My first time reading this author as I was introduced to this book by an online review. A little departure from the books I'm used to and It started a little slow but I slowly got into this one. Some good twists and turns and I enjoyed the ending. Overall, a fun read.
This is the best book I‘ve read in a while. ❤️ Jennifer Hillier produced a page turner with this one! Five bright shining stars! 📚🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 #recommendsday #love #pageturner #littlesecrets
Up next... I LOVED Jar of Hearts, so we shall see how this book measures up. 🥰📚💜💕
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I liked Jar of hearts more but a fun thriller nonetheless!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This book kept me guessing all the way through. A Mom let‘s go of her sons hand for a few minutes and she never sees him again. Who did it and why?
The ending unravelled a bit and felt somewhat convenient, but otherwise, a speedy read.
Another one I started earlier this month and managed to finally finish this weekend.
I feel this had a compelling start but I quickly lost my interest when it appeard to follow along more with the infidelity storyline and left the child abduction as a side line. Fortunately the last little bit saved this one and the last 100 or so pages kept me wide eyed!

Great book! Not my favorite by Jennifer Hillier but still so good. Didn‘t see the ending coming!
It definitely isn't summer here 🥶🥶🥶 But if I'm going to grab anything for a #BeachRead it is going to be a thriller!
This one sounds intriguing and it's next up on my #NewYearWhoDis list since my hold expires in a few days 😬

This was weirdly predictable but enjoyable. A woman loses her son in busy Pike Place Market days before Christmas and the novel is mostly about how she deals with that. And how her husband deals. And it's not pretty.

It is those who are closest to you that can hurt you the most.
Good writing and good plot. You won‘t much like any of the characters.
Sad book for anyone who has lost a child, regardless of how.
I was hesitant to listen to this since I was one of the few people who didn't like Jar of Hearts by this author...it ventured way too far into the unbelievable for me. But this book really came through for me...it felt believable and by the end, I was really rooting for these broken people...well, maybe not all of them. I'm really glad I gave this one a go because it surprised me in the best way possible.
People have been giving this one pretty generous reviews. I was enjoying it until it went absolutely batshit crazy.
I put a hold on this way back in April but cancelled my copy when I had no idea how long the library would be closed. Finally giving the audiobook a try today.
