An interesting YA suspense novel with an unexpected twist. The writing style did not draw me in easily and was choppy. Overall a good story but lacks some sophistication in the writing style.

This contains an original Pretty Little Liars short story inside.
This was a fun, quick read! Exactly what I‘d expect from the author of pretty little liars 😂
I read 12 books over 12 weeks while I was away from home on a Fieldwork rotation and today I dropped them all off at this little free library!
A group of older teens, who met online, get together irl to solve the disappearance of the sister of one of the group. As you do. All the group are insanely hot, thin, or ripped - no average Joes in this world! Of course they manage to find evidence the police didn‘t, having left alibis unchecked etc. Really?!
There are 2 more books coming out- am I going to read them? You betcha, I‘m having far too much fun not too. Rating: 1 ⭐️
2 #violet books on my tbr shelves #ReadingResolutions
Just wondering if anyone read this and your opinion of the book...#newseries
Guess I get to be a samurai knight. 👣🗡🙅🏻 #letthebookdecide #halloweencostumes
Super fun read I highly recommend it! Overall This story is well edited and very polished. I like the teamwork and how each character is really thinking about and approaching the case Their was a bit of romance in the right places. It was unpredictable on what the characters were going to do and what their feelings are towards one another that does impact their decision making.
Here are some #booksandbooze I just happened to have sitting next to me. The tagged book is one I won from NetGalley last year. I can't believe I haven't read it yet. I have loads more #signedcopies I've received over the years, but they're all packed away at my mum's.

I have the same issue with Sara Shepard's series as I do with Joanne Fluke's Hannah Swensen series: I loved them, and then, they dragged on too long and got too ridiculous, but I still can't stop. 😑 This is already reading like another retelling of PLL, but we'll see. #theamateurs #sarashepard
I am a huge sucker for Sara Shepard. Ive read The Lying Game Series and simply had to get her new Book. I finished 30% of it already because i just cant put it down #pll #sarashepard #newin
Are Sara Shepard's books extremely well written, sophisticated literature? No. Are they my favorite, dramatic, twisty, guilty pleasures? Yes! She always manages to throw in some completely unpredictable twists that still make sense with the story and her newest was no exception.
I'd give this one a 7/10. Nothing to write home about, but a fun read with a good twist that I didn't see coming.
Who has read this book? I have and it was pretty good! It's a nice YA mystery where a group of teenagers (from an online crime site) decide to solve a real murder/kidnapping case.
Wow! Totally didn't see that coming! It starteda off a bit slow but as the sleuthing evolved I got drawn in. And the ending is phenomenal...hanging out for the next book now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just a few pages to go...Tonks can you wait for about 10 minutes? I promise I'll feed you then.
I have been trying to find time to begin this for days but real life keeps getting in my way.
Settling in with my book and a cup of tea (there might just be a chocolate biscuit or two as well) after a manic Monday!
Starting this one which I won in a Goodreads Giveaway last year. No idea what to expect but I'm ready to give it a go.
Was kinda tempted in the bookshop by this but also put off by the fact that she wrote all the pretty little liars books... plus it's the beginning of a series rather than a standalone.... anyone read it? It kind of of had 'The Naturals' vibes @Carol
Clever ARC goodies for the new mystery from the author of PRETTY LITTLE LIARS! The nail polish is actually a marker, the mascara is a flash drive, and the lipstick is a mini flashlight.
This one sounds like fun, I'm looking forward to reading it. Out 11/1/16.
There's a delicious thunderstorm outside which is clearly Mother Nature telling me to curl up with a good book and stack of comics. I for one always listen to MN so here I am quite enjoying this book (Pretty Little Liars authors new series).
*egalley doesn't have the cover in file so I photoshopped it
Am really looking forward to this. Plus!!!!!! Look at the cute swag. It's a mystery / thriller
I really enjoyed this book! Just like other books by Shepard, this book is full of secrets, murders, gossip and lies! Thanks to Netgalley & Disney Book Group for allowing me the eARC to read and review! Halfway Progress Report: I honestly don't yet have an opinion on this book. That's probably not a great sign. It's fine, I guess? Not my usual thing, but not awful either. I'm mostly curious to see if the guess I formed about the culprit in the first 50 pages is right.
