When I got home from work, I meant to listen just until I finished the chapter I was on. A few hours later, I finished the book. This was Sophos' story and I was so happy to hear him become a stronger, more confident character and start to really come into his own. I'm looking forward to the next book so I can find out what happens next. I have to wait for it to be available through Libby though.

Started listening to the fourth book in the Queen's Thief series this morning. I'm hoping to finish this series before the end of the year.

Apparently I am living that terrible insomnia life right now so I'm just pushing through this entire series instead of sleeping. This was good but didn't eclipse the last one. Readers are reunited with Sophos from the first book and it's nice to see him come into his own. Could have used more insane Eugenides plotting though.

Started with the last few chapters of the tagged book (book 4 in the Queen's Thief series) and am moving on to my #buddyread with @DuckOfDoom and @Maike: Hollow by B.Catling

Okay I feel like my love of this series comes from a very specific thing: the books are exactly as long as they need to be. I know that's a weird thing to notice but it's true. Everything that needs to be included...is included.

Also, we need to talk about this ending because the whole last 1/3 just sent me spinning! I just kept scream cheering! I can't wait to read the next book.

This was so good!!! I loved reading from Sophos‘ POV and he‘s just a wonderful cinnamon roll.

This was my second time reading this book, and I was better able to appreciate it. Knowing the general structure definite helped me notice things I hadn't the first time around. #reread

Just finished this book tonight and I'm considering rereading the first two books. Forgot my massive tbr and just dive back into Eugenides world. So tempting!

No one called me to (paid) work, so I spent the day reviewing books, re-reading book 4 in the Queen's Thief series, and answering Qs in my volunteer position. It wasn't manic at all. It was good.

#getindie I am so hooked on this series I went back to buy the fourth book at Bolen's . I know I'm going to whip through The King of Attolia and I'll need this one to hand. #blameitonLitsy for an amazing YA series 👍😀

This series is so fun and interesting! I've actually grown to love how each book has a different POV, and I really enjoyed the POV in this one, plus some of my favorite characters are back together! Still a little hype-monster effect for me but also enjoying each book.

What are you #CurrentlyReading? I just started A Conspiracy of Kings on audio which is the 4th book in the Queen's Thief series! I'm also still in the middle of Queens of Geek ?
I'm really enjoying Litsy so far! Do we know if they have "librarians" like Goodreads does? So far the many multiple editions and lack of covers is making me ?? Love the different platform so far though!

#bookanddinner! You'd think I wouldn't stay up until the early hours of the morning to finish a book I've already before, but I did with this one! It was good to refresh my memory because this was the book that I've reread the least out of the entire series. I loved the earlier books more but this had the usual dose of amazing writing, awesome characters and political intrigue to spice up the plot.

Another solid pick for me from the Queen's Thief series. I love this series so much! Queen of Attolia is still my fave, with King of Attolia a close second, but I thoroughly enjoyed this one, too. SO looking forward to the next installment! And completing this book moves me along in my goal of finishing at least 4 in-progress series this year--this marks 3 series completed. (At least until May 16, when the next one is released...)

I started this one yesterday because it wasn't the right weather for reading Dandelion Wine... and the cover blurb is right: I can't put it down! This series is SO good. Looking forward to the next installment.

I love this series it's a great fantasy of intrigue and betrayal. This is the forth book. I highly recommend them.

#BookandDinner: calamari salad and beef cheek papardelle that my friend and I shared. This is definitely my pick for #SequelPlease! I know I keep talking about Megan Whalen Turner lately but I can't help it. She's one of my all time favorite authors and after SEVEN LONG YEARS, we are finally getting the next book in the series in 2017.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not my favorite viewpoint character in the series but Turner got me again with her immersive, well-built world and juicy politics. Wish I'd gotten to see more of Gen, but overall I really enjoyed it.

Loved it! I was really happy to finally get to see Sophos' journey and how he comes into his own! That Elisa scene was so badass! 😍 Absolutely cannot wait for the next book to come out!!! 😆
