Finished reading this a while back actually! I didn‘t really like it all that much as I found it preachy about themes I don‘t agree with. Pretty meh but it did make me laugh a few times.

This was an amazing book at the beginning but the further along we went the lower my rating became. Overall I read this book in a matter of hours, fell in love with Lazlo, and got super duper upset to where the sequel was heading off too. I won‘t be continuing this series 😝
I really enjoyed this book with reservations. It made me smile real big and made me feel for our MCs. It dealt super well with surviving emotional abuse and it had so many great sub plots that really gave it substance! I loved that the author kept the notes going throughout the entirety of the story, it really worked well. Morality wise though? I‘d have to rate it a 1 star. It has quite a bit of cursing and sexual themes. No I‘m screen sex tho.
This was an almost cringy manga. Cute art style and I liked the premise but it just was a tad creepy for my tastes… I mean, she‘s in high school and he‘s 20 something…. 2 stars
This was a really good book. However it is not my favorite of Dee‘s and I wish that the whole book was like the first few chapters. 🙊 that beginning was ✨amazing✨.
4 stars.
Fast paced, on the edge of your seat, nail biting fun. Well. Fun in the sense of I was entertained!
If you like a fugitive styled book with smart MCs this is your jam.
Not much to say that wouldn‘t be spoilers! But one of my favorite scenes occurred and I‘m a happy fan.
I had a fun time reading this but it‘s not a recommend from me. Too many F bombs and info dumps and a focus on sexual themes for me. It was a pretty light hearted and the two MCs had fabulous chemistry that made me smile and swoon. Defiantly a book for dog lovers if you can handle the aforementioned themes. Also has a solid Austic spectrum representation. (Side character) 2 stars.
Short and funny this series does flash fiction super well!
Some of the chapters end suddenly but over all a good read.
I have adored every book in this series and this one does not disappoint!!
The invisible library series is by far one of my favorite series of all time and I would recommend it to anyone.
Read this while waiting for a haircut and it made me laugh out loud!!
Its a little choppy in the plot and chapter progression but overall a fun read.
For q diary entry based book I actually didn‘t get emotionally involved with the MC at all. I didn‘t care about her and certainly was frustrated with her constant whining by chapter 3.
By page 100 I was 50% through the novel and 100% done with reading it.
Looked up the ending and started skimming. It was a terrible experience and the MCs Frances Burney obsession seems to have factual holes in it from my brief research.
Parenting books are some of my favorite nonfiction genres to read. And this author doesn‘t disappoint.
I read the original Bringing up Bebe a few years ago and loved it. (There was a tiny bit of foul language and a few things I didn‘t agree with but spit out the seeds and eat the watermelon ya know?) I recommend this to anyone who wants to have kids/has kids. 5 stars. (I didn‘t agree with 100% of this one too.)
Wow this was a heavy hitter. We learned so much about the War and it was so well written!! You could feel the reality of the subject matter and the author did such a good job! 5 stars.
Homunculus galore! Great addition. Loved the bonus material 😂. 4-5 stars.
Gluttony‘s stomach was just as horrifying as the shows version.
And envy. Woah dude. Less disgusting malformed dog and more.... gross?? 😣.
Great volume tho. 4-5 stars.
4-5 stars! Honestly I‘m going through these so quickly it‘s hard to remember what happened in which volume! 😅. I can‘t say any spoilers so let me just say that Gluttony is just as terrifying on paper as he is in Brotherhood.
Seeing how Granny reacted to Honiehiem in the manga made me like her a bit more. “Yeah he‘s useless but he‘s still your dad” really hit home.
Like she realizes he‘s not the best but she also sees the poor fella isn‘t all that bad.
Also Havocs big scene almost broke me.
4-5 stars.
Idk why but I laughed hard with this volume!
Loooooved seeing more of the Mustang Gang and I adored bits of dialogue that didn‘t make the cut for the show. 5 stars.
5 stars! Enjoyed this one.
Two differences I noticed were Hawkeye and Mustang meeting Winry again, that was fun! And the Elrics finding out about Hughes via newspaper.
Gotta say that even on paper I adore Mrs Hughes. She deserved more page/screen time.
Seeing the Xing folk (Mei actually had more of an intro in the manga!) was awesome and yet I have to say my favorite part was Hawkeye, Roy, and Barry the Chopper 😂.
Fallman‘s not so vacation had me feeling bad yet laughing the whole time.
Team Mustang always are my favorite bits.
There was also a ton of plot points for the Villains.
5 stars.
This filter is perfect for him btw.
So this volume was awesome!! I loved seeing the differences between the Brotherhood anime and this manga!
I will forever shout from the mountains to watch Brotherhood and then read the manga. Otherwise I think you wouldn‘t enjoy either as much!
5 stars.
An amazing story! Immersive and addictive, I loved it.
Has Fae, dimension hops, an amnesiac Mc, and much more.
Five stars.
(Has a handful of swearing in it but the book was so good that it didn‘t harm the rating at all. Only the D and B words I think.)
Finally finished a book!!!
This was a reread and it‘s still a four star. Would be a five but it has about a dozen f bombs in it.
Supernatural MI5 with an amnesiac MC. What more could you ask for??
Reread my new copy of Taken this week and it was great 🥰. Still a five star. Still a favorite. Still wish we would have learned more of Sharrons eleven years of captivity but still such a good story.
Such a great book! Once you get used to our MC Lois (took me a couple chapters) it‘s a fun and fast ride :).
A nice contemporary with a sudden sic-go twist that I adored. 5 star? Possibly 4⭐️ (also: very few cuss words!)
This book surprised me! I couldn‘t look away,,, like a train wreck my eyes were fixed on the fairytale turned almost horror story. Four stars due to the twist and the fact it ended nicely.
This was a reread and it was an excellent one. There were moments when it was slow but there were moments when I was laughing out loud! Definitely a four star at least! If you are sensitive to fictional magic, this is not the book for you.
Reading the manga is only solidifying my love for these two.
Also: I adore any scenes including Mustangs team. Also: THE MONTH LONG ISLAND 🌴 TRIP WAS SO DIFFERENT!!
5 stars!
Volume 5 was actually quite different from the anime! Refreshing to have a content :D!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Having watched the brotherhood anime twice, sometimes reading the manga can be ... rough? It‘s very rare though!!
I have to admit that I love the extra content the author gives us and the Black Hayate chapter had me laughing sooooo hard! Loving the manga and am on to the next volume! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So I was really loving this book. 1/2 through and I was sure it was going to be a five star!
And then it took a strange and .... weird turn.
Ending up a 2 star.
It‘s a sad thing, but it‘s the truth.
This was an enjoyable listen while doing chores around the house! Cumberbatch really brings these stories to life and it reawakened my love for audiobooks.
This was a reread for me. I read it half a dozen times when I was a teen and wanted to see if it was as good as I remembered!
Sadly it wasn‘t a five star this time. Don‘t get me wrong! It‘s still an enjoyable read. But it didn‘t hold the same spark it once did. My eyes were opened to its flaws so it took some of the enjoyment out of it. Still a recommended read, just not a give star :) .
⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have to admit that Mustangs group POV are my favorite sections. The bonus scene at the end was hilarious and I love.
4/5 ⭐️
Awesome manga! 10/10 would recommend.
This cute and hilarious little short story was well worth the read! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️instead of five due to a slight cliffhanger.
Find at BrandonSanderson.com and go to his online library page. The extended version is what I read.
If you are looking for a clean 🧼 light romance with a TON of well researched Piloting terms and air flights? This is the book for you! Navy Pilots, Airforce PJ‘s and more.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
I liked this book but not as much as Dee‘s most recent fiction,,, but waaaaaay better than the Witness! 😂
I‘d give this one a four star.
(I will say that I called a plot twist 𝑟𝑖𝑔𝑏𝑡 before it happened and I wasn‘t even completely serious 😂😂😂😂. It was a fun and engaging read.
This book was honestly ever where. It pains me to say that it was only a 2 star but that‘s what it was.
It‘s my opinion that every author has (at least) one flop book. And this was Dee‘s.
Another reread!! I adored this one as much as the first time 😍. 5 stars!
I‘d give this horror/suspense novel a 3 star rating :) .
You really have to go into this one with the expectation of angst and suspense! Not a fall in love romance :).
You also learn a bit about the Irish Travelers/Tinkers which was nice!
⭐️⭐️⭐️
I just couldn‘t go on with this series. Too demonic for my tastes and much too real.
Just finished the first volume and I loooooved it! The ending was my favorite part tbh! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
This was a five star read and most anything I can say would be a spoiler 😂.
However this is an excellent summer read and I enjoyed every moment.
4-5 ⭐️! Loved this installment to the invisible library series!
It was full of political drama and it was a murder mystery with hilarious moments!
