To #Begin this series is pure adrenaline, but for me the end was the best part.

Overall Rating 4½⭐ | Narration 😍 = Amazing
I‘m in awe of this series, easily a new fav. This was the perfect ending to the series or at least I think it is. Why didn‘t I rate it five-stars like the first two books? It was the new/third POV that was added for this final book that threw me for a loop. Overall, I still think it is one of the best series of audiobooks I‘ve ever listened to; & the narration was performed to absolute perfection.
Third and final installment of the Chaos Walking trilogy. I hate to say it, but I was increasingly disenchanted the further I got into this series. There seemed to be a lot of repetition in this last book, making it much longer than it needed to be. It‘s too bad. I really liked book one. The movie just came out last week to mixed reviews. I‘m curious about it, and hoping not to be too disappointed.
Finally finished my Feb #DoubleSpin book. 🥳
This was an absolute amazing journey. And yes this one also had me in tears - that's what Ness does best. Write you to tears 😭
I love the character growth throughout the series, but especially in this book. Everyone is changing and learning and making sacrifices.
O and the fact that we got a Spackle pov was just awesomeness.

So the snow has pretty much melted in Lancaster and I realized I haven't taken a good picture of this book for Litsy 😂 #CurrentlyReading #MonstersofMen by #PatrickNess from the #ChaosWalking trilogy.
I am halfway through at page 334 of this 643-paged beast. Going great so far. I'm excited to see how it all concludes! 📚
Reviews for the first two books coming soon!

Husband‘s reading chaos walking for the first time. So of course I‘m retreading them so we can live it together 😜
"If he can do that," Mistress Coyle says, "then he's even more dangerous to you than I've been saying. Is that who you want in charge of the world you're about to join?"
"I don't know," Bradley says. "Are you the only alternative?"
I love this new character, Bradley, especially because he's got the best comebacks. ? Loving this one so far.

My nephew's kitten is keeping me company while I read. 😻
I really, really want to continue this series; but I don't know if I'm emotionally ready yet...
The conclusion of this trilogy is -full- of enemies, some that you can find common ground with (like in The Enemy) and some you cannot.

I really enjoyed this book. A great conclusion to the Chaos Walking Trilogy.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ness brings his trilogy to a triumphant conclusion, with another POV voice (a Spackle, no less!) to add to those of Todd and Viola. Some profound meditations on the themes of war, terrorism, and colonialism underlying what is a helluva story that barely lets up for a moment.
YA fantasy dystopia be blowed, this has some of the best descriptions of BATTLE I've ever read. Wonderful.
And the Mayor staggers back like he's been punched in the face by a row of houses-
So far so good. I still think the first book will have been the best and most gripping but I suspect this will be 2nd best.
#Monsters of Men is the third book in the excellent Chaos Walking Trilogy by Patrick Ness. If you like dystopian fiction or YA Fiction this trilogy is a must read. #Monster #BlackCatChallenge
I basically listened to this trilogy on audio nonstop for the past 3 days. I really enjoyed the audio production. Fun, fun read.
Finally reading the last in this triolgy. Can't wait to find out what happens to Todd and Viola! #book #bookcover #patrickness #currentread #lovetoread #bookcrazy #lovebooks
#BookMail Pt3 today is the third & final book in the Chaos Walking trilogy by Ness. Another 10th anniversary edition, it has the same sprayed edges and black on black embossing as the first two. All 3 are also signed by the author so at just $12.75AU they‘re a steal! Unfortunately Booktopia.com.au does not ship internationally at this time, so any fellow Aussie littens out there looking for a bargain, they still have copies available.
Started listening to the final book in the excellent Chaos Walking Trilogy. This will be my commute book for the new working week. Looking forward to seeing how this trilogy concludes and what is in store for Todd and Viola.
I‘ve read and enjoyed Eliza and Her Monsters and tried Monsters A Love Story bad didn‘t. Anyone read the other two? #marchintooz #monsters
The final book in the #ChaosWalking series- can‘t wait to read this series
It wasn‘t the prose. Besides the slang I still find annoying, the writing was just as strong as ever. I still love Todd and Viola just as much as in the first books. And it wasn‘t the fact that Patrick Ness is basically an expert at breaking my heart and crushing my feelings either. I had one big problem with Monsters Of Men: ‘The Return‘ and his newly introduced POV.
3/5 stars
The best series so far for this year! And this monsters of men is just!!!! Gaaah!!! I love how deep the characters develop here, patrick ness is just awesome! Usually i hate too much point of view because it's confusing but this one is exceptional! They complete each other just perfectly! Super recommend this one, go read it!
A very small attempt of a bookish rainbow 🌈
I have to admit I'm disappointed in myself for only ready 3 of the 6 books pictured 😩
This was better than the two previous books, but I still struggled to get through it. I felt kind of let down by the ending. It fell a little flat for me. Other people seemed to have enjoyed it though. Maybe I've read too many dystopia books recently and I'm burnt out! I would recommend other series first, but I don't hate this one. #kindle #ebook #chaoswalking
...but it‘s been obvious since the beginning that wars make no sense. You kill people to tell them you want to stop killing them.
Day 15 #riotgrams. # favorite twist This conclusion to The Chaos Walking Trilogy had so many sad and powerful plot twists. #allthefeels. #mademecry.
I just now signed up for #deweys24hourreadathon (which starts in 7 hours). I think there will definitely be some sleeping tomorrow but I'll do my best. I get to start by reading the last 15% or so of Monsters of Men, so I'll feel like I've really made progress.
What an incredible series. Can't believe my heart survived it. ❤❤❤
This was such a great ending to a great trilogy. Each book was just as good as the last. I already already miss Viola and Todd. Any book that can make me tear up over a horse is a winner in my book. I highly recommend these books.
This book alone, although fiction placed upon a distant world, did more to help me understand the machine of war than anything I have ever read of been taught in my 40 years. Men fight because they are empty. We kill, we destroy, to silence that emptiness. But there is another way. There is and the book helps lay the path for learning it.
This book is so fucking good. I wasn't super enamored with the first book, but it was solid enough that I kept going. And I'm so glad I did. Each book got better, and this one blew me away. This series tackles some heavy topics and does so splendidly.
The CHAOS WALKING trilogy absolutely DESTROYED me. I still do not know what to do with myself. It. I'm. I just.
(In The Garden of Beasts is up next...)
#FunFridayPhoto A book I've read over 500 pages! I've read quite a few, but one of my more recent reads that I really enjoyed is Book 3 in the Chaos Walking trilogy. Love the dystopian vibe! (Really I love anything by Patrick Ness...)
This left me emotionally shaking, breathless, and temporarily blinded from tears.
There's so much pressure on conclusions. As a character on a favorite tv show of mine says: "Endings are hard." But Ness did it exceedingly well.
I never quite knew what was going to happen next, how it was all going to play out, who was going to make it, or if I was even going to make it. But I did. And came out for the better.
This was absolutely stunning.
I finally finished the Chaos Walking series! I think the last book was the best one of the series. So much happens and a lot of unexpected twists and turns! I am not sure I loooooved the ending but everything leading up to it is really good. What a story! I would recommend this series. I can't wait for the movie! #catsoflitsy #LitsyAtoZ #LetterM #BookChallenge
I never know what I'm going to read next until I'm reading it so here's my #NovemberTBR. #photoadaynov16
Lol spot on. Especially when it's a book you are lost in.
