This was an amazing ending to an amazing series. I‘ve waited a long time to find out how this series ends. The ending had my heart racing until the very last word. I strongly recommend reading The Thousandth Floor trilogy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Maybe . . . Madame X.” Avery nodded toward the famous portrait of the enigmatic woman in the slinky black gown. There was something subtly fragile about her, as if her real self was nothing like the face she presented to the world.
“Cool choice. Though she isn‘t anywhere near as beautiful as you,” Max said. He had completely missed her point.

December 2119

There has always been something otherworldly about the first snow of the year in New York.
It gilds the city‘s flaws, its hard edges, transforming Manhattan into a proud, glittering northern place. Magic hangs heavy in the air.

The conclusion to the series was also my least favorite. Like the other two books, it didnt really get good until the second half but even then it wasnt until the last 100 pages that I really enjoyed it. There was a couple of surprise twists at the end that redeemed the book and bumped it up to a 3 star instead of a 2 star.

I loved the plot — it pushed Leda to the center with some really great twists. But she & Rylin were the only ones I cared about, so it was annoying that Rylin‘s story had barely anything to do with the main one, & thus was often shunted aside. I couldn‘t stand Avery, whose self-centered whinging grew more obnoxious over the course of the series. Still, this book had some great romance & high stakes! A strong finale to an intriguing trilogy. ★★★☆☆.

I thought this was a great conclusion to the series and a wild ending! I loved the twist and turns and there was actually a lot that happened that I wasn‘t expecting. This was a really fun futuristic setting and I want to read more books like this!! Sad this series is over but glad I got to read it!!

This was a great conclusion to a series. The ending was kind of ambiguous and up to interpretation. I loved and hated the ending. I loved the characters and the plot. I will miss this gossip scandal like world and its crazy cast of richly developed and complex characters.

jessinikkip Get those steps in!! I've definitely read books that whatever I was doing when I started I just kept on going because I didn't want to stop reading long enough. 5y

I absolutely love these covers. ❤️ I had a lot of things that needed to be done around the house this week as I prepare and start my kitchen makeover so I got through several hours of The Towering Sky. As with the first two books it‘s all about the drama, and I‘m ok with that.

This story felt very disjointed, it read more like 4 separate stories than 1. Plus it was way too focused on Avery‘s obsession with her brother and if people didn‘t accept that they were in the wrong? I did like the other perspectives though but there was too much Avery. 😂

Really enjoyed the final book in the trilogy, and the whole series in general. Great Gossip Girl vibes, with futuristic elements that seem more plausible all the time.

This whole series has been filled with drama, and the last book is no different. Lots of betrayals, unexpected twists, and cool world building in this futuristic New York City. A few things seem far-fetched, but I loved seeing where the author takes us. I feel like there is even more to imagine and create in this world in the future.

I have loved this thousandth floor series. This book delved deeper into some of the characters from the first two books. It went back and dealt with how the big events of books one and two still had repercussions.

I came home to some #BookMail today. 'The Thousandth Floor' is a total guilty pleasure series for me, and I'm excited to see how it ends. And obviously I HAD to get the Newsweek special Tolkien edition... 😁

TK421 I almost bought that Newsweek. You'll have to let me know if it's worth getting. 😊 6y
GondorGirl @TK421 I've only flipped through it so far, but there's a great map showing the company's journey and tons of pictures. 6y
