Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick I won a copy of this one. Luckily it's by a Turkish author and set partly in Turkey and partly in Cyprus, so that settles the issue of finding something to read.

Itchyfeetreader I am so woefully behind I feel like I may never catch up BUT I do have turkey books bought ina. Little bookshop in Istanbul last year and I also own the tagged cookbook which has some family faves in so this might well be the month I get back on it!

Our Xmas travel plans are officially nixed and we're skipping everything but pie on Thanksgiving, so a #feastmode readathon sounds perfect @Hestapleton Thanks for organizing! I hope to read a few books from #mounttbr or off the #tob long list. Either way, I have lots to choose from.

merelybookish @readordierachel We floated the idea of getting deep fried Cajun turkey from KFC but in the end none of us care much about the meat. It's all about the pie. 🙂 4y
