brittanyreads Hi Leila! Would you kindly remove me from the #foodandlit list? I have enjoyed this immensely but will be focusing the second half of '22 on finishing my book of the month challenge! Unfortunately I don't have many botm books that fit the food and lit prompts. Hoping to join back in next year! Thank you for organizing this fun challenge!! 2y

2. I love a coastline, but I‘ll say mountains—more people can see them and it‘s harder to make them “exclusive,” and I like that.
3. Tierra del Fuego
4. I‘m not sure I have one. But I do tend to like books set in cold places: Newfoundland, Alaska, Iceland, etc.

Lizpixie Wow. World traveler huh. I wish I had be been able to do that, I was planning a backpacking trip of the UK & Europe when I found out I was pregnant with my 1st child. Kinda put a crimp in my plans!👶🏻 5y

Hooked_on_books @Lizpixie Through my 20s, I skipped out on a lot of the “going out” most people I knew did so I could save my money for traveling. I prioritized it for sure and had the opportunity, which not everyone does. I don‘t travel nearly as much now, but I‘m grateful I have been able to travel so much in my life. Though most of the US travel was just moving from place to place and not specifically for fun. 5y

Hooked_on_books @Lizpixie Plus you travel everywhere through books. They are the great equalizer where opportunity to actually go doesn‘t exist. Books rock. 5y

1. Only 13. Not nearly as many as I‘d like. So many plans . . . and work continues to ruin my fun. 😉
2. How about both? #PNW for the win!
3. Too many to choose. So clearly I need to have a long life so I can cram in as much travel as possible! 😂
4. I don‘t really have a favorite book setting. But if I had to have a preference, I‘d say space because it‘s unlikely I‘ll ever get to travel in space.
