These books are SO GOOD 💀 So many traumatic experiences in this one but yeesh, so good. Rick is a master storyteller. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love characters in this series, I enjoyed meeting them again.
There was a lot of action, but the plot wasn't really surprising: every single thing got solved maybe even too smoothly and I was a bit disappointed. At the beginning there were several impossible looking challenges ahead but they weren't that challenging after all.
This was a fun book, made me laugh and I enjoyed reading.

Everything I can say about this will fall short. READ IT AND YOU'LL UNDERSTAND.

Unabridged Audiobook (10/10):
I never thought that these would keep getting better and better, yet Rick Riordan never fails to blow me away. There‘s a lot of heart shown throughout this story, especially with Percy and Annabeth, but the best friendship we see fleshed out in my eyes is that of Jason and Nico. Two of the most unlikely friends, but they come closer together and showcase just how important it can be to have one person in your corner.
Book 4 of 5. Another good installment of the series. I felt like this one started concluding some of the major themes though the final themes obviously remain. Feels like a lot to keep going straight through but I still plan to move quickly to the last book. (Though I see the author plans another book in this series to be released fall 2023.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
As always this was an exciting and entertaining read, but also more tense and "dark" (pun intended for the adventures in the Tartarus!)
Can't wait to read the end of the series, and I hope all these characters that I learned to love will have their happy ending!
This was my #doublespin for October @TheAromaofBooks
3✨As the name suggests Percy and Annabeth are roughing it in the underworld. The rest of the demigod gang come to find them. Interesting ideas and action throughout. Plus one character comes out. I wish I enjoyed it more I have just had a lot going on lately so my head wasn‘t completely in the story.
I liked this book a lot! Loved seeing all of the characters working together and the struggles that all of them went through. I also don‘t have an image for this book since I returned the book to the library already! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is an extremely good book and it is the 4th instalment in the series. It follow Percy Jackson and Annabeth as they navigate through Tartarus the deepest part of the underworld in Greek mythology. They face many hardships and challenges along the way. The characters come face to face with death at every turn and it is a thrilling experience. All around great book 10/10 recommend it.
These books keep getting more and more extreme. And I love it.
I know I pretty much say the same thing for all the PJ books.
These keep getting better!
So fun
I just love these books. I‘m eager to finish the series, but I‘m going to wait a bit and read something else to savor longer. Saving the extra stories for later, too.
This was my #doublespin @TheAromaofBooks and this month is going much better than last! This is also my D - Daring for my #COVID19challenge. Another square done on my bingo card, weapon on the cover. AND I‘ve climbed Mt Vancouver for my unofficial Mount TBR challenge!
I‘m ridiculously late posting my goals for #EasterExtravaganza but here goes: finish the tagged book (not sure if I‘ll save the two bonus short stories or dive in) for #doublespin, finish the Nancy Drew with the kiddo (so close to finishing the series!), work on my audiobook (The Birchbark House), and read at least two other books. Not timing, bc that hasn‘t gone well recently.
Thanks @Andrew65 for hosting.
Book number four. And this is when I took a pause from my binge of this series.

800 pages
The Demigod Crew of Argo II are at one of many crossroads. They could return home with the Athena Parthenos to stop the Roman and Greek camps from going to war. Or they could continue on their quest to find the House of Hades, where they might be able to open the Doors of Death, rescue Percy and Annabeth hopefully on time, if they survived, and prevent monsters from being reincarnated.
It's natural to feel fear. All great warriors are afraid. Only the stupid and the delusional are not. - Mars to Frank Zhang
Per usual when it comes to a Percy story, an exciting and entertaining read. This one was much more tense then priors and a touch more gut wrenching. I‘m sure the conclusion will be even more harsh given the optimistic ending of this one...but I bet it was also be fantastic.
About halfway through this one. Wonder if I can finish it by tomorrow 😬
Everyone who ever read this book absolutely needs this song. Warning, it my be very emotional.

#24b4monday day one stats
Books finished: 1 (house of hades audiobook)
Pages read: 52 of hocus pocus
Hours: 3:11
Today's goal: finish Hocus Pocus
My TBR stack for #24B4Monday I know I can't finish them all but I like having a bunch of books to choose from in a #readathon and there are a couple I'm in the middle of. I'm hoping to get through a big chunk of them because I wanted to read all these in October
I find I enjoy listening to audiobooks when I cook. I can stay busy and pay attention to the audiobook. 🙂
I‘m still here. Just went through too much data listening to audiobooks thinking I had downloaded them for work when they were actually streaming (😱) So I can‘t post on the go right now.
My favorite of this series so far. I loved watching Percy, Annabeth, Frank, Hazel, Leo, Jason, Piper, and even Nico each grow as they're making tough decisions.
If there was a TV show of these guys I would totally watch it. The gods and goddesses that show up could be special guest stars.

Brutal 🌄
I found these on the clearance shelf yesterday and couldn't resist. At some point I will sit down and read all of this series.
I highly recommend this for kids and kids at heart. Greek, Roman and Egyptian mythology are immortalized in this series with modern characters that readers will never forget.
5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Another excellent book from Rick Riordan. I reached the last page and immediately wanted more. I need to know what happens next!
This is one of the best dedications I've ever seen. 😁
Lots of character development in this installment of The Heroes of Olympus series. I can‘t wait to find out how this series ends!
