Another tear jerker from Hannah..the typical come together in times of tragedy novel but this was a good book break from reading about murders or crazy people. Wholesome story that makes you smile and cry.

I‘m posting one book a day from my massive collection. No description, no reason for why I want to read it (some I‘ve had so long I don‘t even remember why!). Feel free to join in!

Characters felt really believable and the thing I liked most was Meghann's character growth. Relationships aren't always easy and I loved how realistic this felt.
This was a bit slow and maybe could have been edited more but I really loved the last 150 pages. I cried so much while reading them, that tells that this book made me feel.
Some things were a bit too much of a coincidense to feel believable. Touching book and I liked this a lot.
I think I‘ve loved every Kristin Hannah book I‘ve ever read. They‘re deep with emotions though and make me cry. But when an author can make you feel things, that‘s probably a good sign.

Years ago, Meghann Dontess made a terrible choice that cost her everything, including the love of her sister, Claire. Now, Meghann is a highly successful attorney who doesn‘t believe in intimacy—until she meets the one man who can change her mind. Claire Cavenaugh has fallen in love for the first time in her life. As her wedding day approaches, she prepares to face her strong-willed older sister.
Not my favourite Hannah, but definitely not the worst either. A story about two sisters, their families, and other relations. There are many dirty family secrets in the book. Some parts dragged on forever, so could have been a bit shorter. Then the surprise towards the end was quite rushed. 3+ stars
Started reading our Hannah of the month, Between Sisters. The last two we have read were not good. This one is more like a “typical” Hannah!
Book 159 A super easy, read, which was just what I needed after finishing A Prayer for Owen Meany, but ultimatelyforgettable. A story of sisters reconnecting and supporting each other in midlife after their difficult childhood separated them. I don't understand how Hannah's writing can sometimes be so visceral (The Great Alone) and other times be so lackluster. Meh.
Claire and Meghann are sisters, about seven years apart in age, who, with time, drifted away from each other.
Now with Claire about to get married to an aspiring country singer, can Meghann, a practicing divorce attorney, find a way back to her to potentially help in the planning of her only sister‘s wedding?
Loved this one from Kristin Hannah, and definitely had some heartwarming and tearjerking moments!

I own this book but have not read it yet! Hannah is a great storyteller and I have read many of her books!
I finished this book last night. The more I read of Kristin Hannah, the more I love. Her books are heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I‘m starting a new series here. It‘s called #unreadandontheshelf
I‘ll be sharing about 5 books that are currently living on my shelves and I haven‘t picked them up yet. Maybe this will help me get to some of them.
Today we have 5 books by Kristin Hannah my mom got them from a friend and then gave them to me because she thought I would like them.
Have you read any of these? What did you think?
Kristin Hannah came highly recommended from many of my friends and coworkers. I finally got around to reading one of her books that was loaned to me. I can see why so many people love her writing.
This book was a pretty heartwarming, easy read. It did have a twist at the end, but I liked that the twist brought some details together.
I'm really struggling with this one. I just cannot get into it and am trying to decide if I should press on. 🤔 I've enjoyed the handful of Kristin Hannah books I've read previously, but this one is falling flat. 😕
It is what it is. My daughter thinks I need to read some lighter stuff- hence YA and this one. It was a quick read and I didn‘t roll my eyes too much. But I‘m probably done with these for a bit!
Reminds me of how I feel about Picoult- all a bit the same in the end - so if you like it then it‘s great.

Blurb for book I‘m about to start on the train! Work day in Gloucester today - need to read papers but should still have some time for reading 😁

You do not need to share a mom or dad to be real sisters ♥️
Started this book today; another Kristin Hannah. Above are 3 sisters that I am blessed to be the Mom of 💖♥️❤️
Also, for my fellow Kristin Hannah fans, this one is on sale today. 💸 #BookSale
This was a good book. At first it was a bit confusing when she was introducing characters and points of you but it kept you interested enough to find out.
A good summer read a book club pick for me. The writing was not great but the story was intriguing, but I like stories about dysfunctional families because let's be honest none of us are perfect. There was a good dose of drama mixed with some sad times. I would suggest this book as a one time read, save your money borrow it from the library. I do plan on reading more of the Authors books though I here her later work is better.
I can tell by the snarkiness on the first pg. I'm going to like this book club read.

Although the resolution of this book was unrealistic, I still enjoyed this story of two sisters attempting to rebuild their relationship.
