Hello hello!! Introducing JSW for all the new folx!! You should know:
1) I mostly post on weekends, when I have a chance to catch up. Weekdays are for work and weeknights are for Mr. JSW and reading.
2) I tend to post a few things at a time (see above).
3) I love swear words. You are warned.
4) I bail on books because life is just too short to finish shit that‘s not for me.

2. Not sure . I like bits of everything . But I'm definitely partial to non-fiction. I also like thrillers, horror, sci-fi , and supernatural .
3. I'm reading several books at the moment including clockwork angel, anansi boys, the Hebrew goddess, Jewish myths, and geek love.
4. Mac and chz, anything Greek or middle Eastern
5. I have two cats and a dog

1. Currently living in Japan, originally from Fantasia. 2. Contemporary, Historical, sci-if and fantasy. I think the only genre I -don‘t- like much is mystery (especially murder, detective stuff) 3. Just finished Lilac Girls, and digging into Les Miserables. 4. Pizza 😢 (currently doing low gluten/dairy diet) 5. Not atm but I have a list of dog names🐕 6. Why is a raven like a writing desk?

buecherwurm Normally the litten organizing an event will post some link where you can sign up. Some people will repost it and like this the whole thing will spread. Just keep your eyes open! 8y

JenP Yes, make sure to follow some of folks who organize such things too. There is usually a link posted for sign ups. @BookishMarginalia usually does the secret Santa exchanges. @MrBook @Avanders @BookBabe are hosting the current one. 8y

teebe Also, there are also postal book clubs, where a group of Littens each send a book and a journal and it rotates until everyone gets their books back. These take longer and sign ups are rarer than gift swaps so it's definitely hit or miss. 8y
