Also listed are timelines of each park including rides/attractions that are longer present. This jogged a vivid memory of 8-year-old me riding Maelstrom, now re-themed as Frozen Ever After. And it turns out, I went to MGM Studios its inaugural year. Fun memories! A must read for those who want to drive their family bonkers.

I was really excited to get this as a Christmas present. I love going to Disneyland and find the behind the scenes stuff fascinating. This book was a disappointment. The writing was dry and clinical. I felt like I was reading a textbook. For the most part the "secrets" were not interesting and not really secrets. She focused a little too much on architectural details. Blech!

This is my nephew Hank. About a year ago, when he was 3 he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. Today he is officially in remission and currently on his Make a Wish trip to Disney World and Universal Studios. Tomorrow is his 5th Birthday.

I already got him some gifts but would like to send him some books for when he gets back. Any suggestions for a 5 year old boy who like basically all the stuff 5 year old boys like?

My husband and I are taking my mom, my niece and my nephew to Disney World. And we are leaving tomorrow!! So excited! I don‘t usually take library books on vacation with me, but this time, I‘m taking Children of Blood and Bone with me. It‘s so good!

Went to Disney again yesterday! Hollywood studios (or MGM what I call it because I'm old enough to remember its former name.) was a blast! Lost my voice in the tower of terror, my fear of dropping out of the sky left me speechless. That's okay back to being lazy today at home and reading! Happy Sunday to my Litsy family! #disneymayhem

If you love Disney, this book is for you. It's the perfect book to take to the Happiest Place on Earth with you for reference of what magic you're missing. Granted I didn't do what was in this book, but one day, I will!
