This story will discuss importance of rest which could optimize motivation for the kids. The ESOL Strategy I would use is using direct instruction. The lovely @CarolynM reminded me I hadn‘t posted a kitty update in a while!!! The integration continues. They‘re still segregated but Puff ⬆️ is significantly calmer. They‘ve even gone so far as to play with each other underneath the screen (for a minute or so) but I am counting it!. Dash had a bath today to wash off the last pheromones, boarding grime & illness smells. Cat = visibly happier. Humans = slightly perforated. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Part terrified, part vampire (kitty integration going slowly). None of the books I have picked up have really worked for me today, especially stuck between a terrified kitty (Puff above) & one trying to figure out what happened to his world (Sun! Beds! A scratching post! He has his own toys!). He‘s also a little stinky so we‘re also trying to figure that one out as well... they‘re still segregated but it‘s only Day 4 so 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
